24. 2 Babies??

Kit's Pov.

"Kit wake up," Ming mumbled and tried to turn off the alarm.

I was awake and in the bathroom taking a shower so I yelled from there

"I'm awake you can turn the alarm off!"

I guess he turned the alarm off since I couldn't hear it anymore. But then the bathroom door opens,

"What are you doing?" I asked

"Getting ready to go to work," he said (still works at his sister's bakery)

I nodded and kept taking my shower and then got out and got dressed.

"You have work?" Ming asked and hugged me while I was doing my hair.

"Yeah, what time do you finish work?" I asked

"Around 5,"

"Could you go with me to the doctor's at 6?" I asked

"Yeah, everything ok?" Ming was worried now.

"Everything's fine babe, but we get to actually see the baby for the first time," I said

"You haven't seen the baby?" Ming asked since he thought I would've seen the baby the day I found out.

"No, I wanted to wait till you were there too," I said, he just smiled and hugged me.

"what time do you get off work?" Ming asked as he got his clothes out of the closet.

"4:30." He nodded and got dressed while I went to the kitchen to get some food and to feed the dog and then leave for work (at the tattoo shop).

- after work -

I was still working by time Ming came to pick me up for my doctor's appointment.

"Hey Ming," I smiled when I saw him and then went back to working the tattoo i was in the middle of,

"Hey babe, you almost done?" Ming asked sitting at my desk waiting for me,

"Almost, I just have to finish this last part and I'll be done," I said and continued working.

- 30 minutes later -

"Ming, wake up," i said hitting his arm.

"What?" Ming woke up and looked around

"We gotta go we're gonna be late," i said getting my jacket from the back of the chair.

Ming nodded and got up going out to the car so we could leave.
I'm actually kinda scared, well more nervous than scared. But I'm also really excited.

"You ok?" Ming asked as he started started driving

"Yeah, just kinda nervous, also hungry, i need food," i answered

"We'll go out for dinner after," Ming smiled and held my hand and kept driving.

- at the Drs. -

"Alright Kit, how are you feeling?" Dr.Kim asked

"I'm ok, just kinda nervous," I said sitting on the table-thing and Ming was standing next to where i was sitting with an arm around my waist.

"And who is this?" She asked as she was filling out some papers before setting up the ultrasound machine.

"This is my boyfriend Ming,"

She smiled and nodded before telling me to lay down so she could see the baby on the ultrasound.

- couple minutes later -

"Guys, you're having twins," the Dr said. Ming and I just looked at eachother shocked.

"Did you say twins? As in 2 babies?" I was shocked and a bit scared.

She nodded and pointed out both of them on the screen,

"This one (points to the left side of the screen) is really small but it's nothing too serious, and the 2nd one is also pretty small but its nothing to worry about right now," she said.

That didn't help my anxiety at all.

"But they're ok/healthy besides that?" Ming asked holding my hand

"Just seeing them right now everything seems fine, we'll now if something's wrong next month," She explained and then left to print out the pictures and run some tests just to make sure everything was ok with me and with the babies.

"Twins?" Ming asked me just to make sure he heard that right.

"Yeah, I'm scared though," I said

Ming came over to sat next to me and pulled me closer to hug me.

"Everything will be ok, don't stress about it too much," Ming hugged me and calmed me down so I wasn't panicking as much.

The Dr. came back in a few minutes later and talked to us about the babies and if they were ok or not, and if i was ok or not.

"Everything is fine with the twins, but Kit I wanna talk to you about something," she said and then looked back down at her notes.

"Ming could you wait outside for a minute?" She asked Ming, he nodded and hugged me before waiting outside of the room.

"What's wrong?" I asked really nervous

"It's your stress/anxiety, It's too high," she was telling me that if i keep stressing a lot that it'll harm the twins.

"I also recommend you take some time off work and just stay home for a bit. that could also be a cause of your stress, what is your job?" she said,

"I'm a tattoo artist, but im also an RN (registered nurse) but i haven't found a job yet," I explained

"Well i could help with that (getting a job) but let's wait till after the twins are born and you've recovered enough," she explained some more things to me and then brought Ming back in and told him he needs to make sure that I'm ok, not stressed/anxious and that i dont get sick at all (besides obviously pregnancy sickness and stuff).

"Alright, I'll see you again in a few weeks, just rest for awhile," She said and then Ming and I left to go get some dinner and then go home.
