Defiance, Reliance, and Way Too Much Science

There was lava leaking out of the windows. The entire house had half of its blocks missing, like endermen stole them. Fred and Emi were sitting under a tree, crying, and Bownz was just standing, staring in awe, next to Edward, holding a block over his head to protect him from the sun. I picked one up and held it over my head as I run to the tree where Fred and Emi were.

"What happened, guys? What's going on? Where are Maddie and Seth and everyone else?" I was so confused.

Emi was the first one to reply. "Herobrine came. None of us saw him. He was probably invisible. He griefed the house. Maddie and Seth tried to distract him while I teleported everyone out of the house. But when I was done, he was gone. And so were they. Chizz and Happy went to go look for them, even though I said we had to stay as a group."

I turned to Bownz and yelled "PACK ANYTHING THAT HASN'T BURNED, WE'RE GOING HUNTING!"

Fred immediately stopped licking the tears off of his face and teleported straight in front of me. "Are you crazy? You'll get killed!"

"I'm already dead."

"No you're not! You're human!"

"I feel dead on the inside. I always have since my family died."

"That doesn't matter, you're my family, and I can't let you die!"

"Alright, then come with me."

"What?"

"If you don't want me to die, I'll need all the help I can get. So whether you're coming or not, I'm leaving."

"Well then we're all leaving," Emi said. "Just let me go get some healing potions from Maddie's chest. It hurts a lot when I cry."

"Wait don't you need water in your tear ducts in order to-"

"TOO MUCH SCIENCE!" Emi screamed.

"Okay. Jeez. I'm sorry. I won't do it again."
