DESCRIPTION

My hometown is like quicksand, the harder you struggle the faster you sink. My family has lived in Cerrito since they were born, because they were stupid enough to get themselves stuck here, just like their parents and grandparents and great-grandparents since 1856 when this hellhole of a town was established.

My name is Vienna George and I don't want to be stuck.

All I can hope for is an acceptance letter from Washington and Lee University combined with just the right amount of struggling is enough to free me.

You see, I used to be content here in Cerrito, then I took World History a few years into High School and discovered that there is a great big world out there, places that have stood longer than the oldest tree in my backyard, places where people more famous than the governor's second cousin's niece have lived.

The point is, I want out, and an acceptance letter from a top notch law school might just be enough to break out of this Georgia town.

I firmly believe that the grass will always be greener on the other side of the town line and I am willing to do anything to get there.

oOo

If this ever does make it to WattPad, it is going to be a while. I really need to get farther with writing and/or typing my other stories, but I had an idea and honestly, who am I to ignore an idea?

Anyway, let me know what you think! New chapters for all stories will be coming soon, hopefully.

Happy Reading!!
