Chapter 5.
I woke up not believing what had happened. It didn't seem real I wanted to go back. I felt in my heart he wouldn't come back. They never did. I sighed I got dressed and the rest of the day pasted quickly. Around 7 I was reading and Mary came running in the room.
"Guess who's here?" She asked out of breath.
"The president" I said being my sassy self.
"No Brantley" she said annoyed.
I dropped my book.
"C'mon" she said pushing me out the door. I saw him standing outside of my truck laughing at what he's seeing. Mary shoving me out the door. I walked up to him.
"Um...hi" I said awkwardly.
"We'll darlin are we gonna drive or not?" He laughed.
I pulled my keys from my pocket and jumped in the drivers seat. He sat next to me.
"Where you wanna go?" I asked.
"Any back road" he smiled.
I started driving about 15 minutes away from the house I saw something. His hand was slowly across the chair and resting on my thigh. He must've seen my face turn red.
"Sorry darlin" he turned away embarrassed.
"It wasn't unwanted just unexpected" I laughed.
He smiled and moved his hand back to my thigh.
You know he was really sweet. I pulled off the side of the road to a cliff. You can see the whole town from there.
"Can I ask you something" I ran my figure down his arms.
"Sure" he smiled.
"Why is many tattoos?" I asked.
"I guess I just love em some have a lot a meaning" he said.
"I wanna get some" I smiled.
"No way" he smiled "pretty,smart,country and loves tattoos I think I found the full damn package"
I move closer to him and he out his Arm around my shoulder. The he cupped my face with one hand and kissed me!
