why allurance won't be endgame.

OKAY LISTEN. l i s t e n.

i know i talk about voltron a lot, and to my non-voltron readers, i know this is probably annoying, and im sorry! but i want to just share one theory.

allurance will be canon.

this is ss from a season 7 review by hybable (however u spell it) —

"after the course of season 6". this isn't talking about klance since season 6 gave them little to NO screen time. but allurance (shivers) had lots of screen time, so t makes sense they were talking about it.

but will allurance be endgame? no.

i don't have ss, but the showrunners have said a few things about endgames in voltron. including

— allura doesn't have an endgame
— lance is the only character who no doubt has an endgame
— lance's endgame isn't what he wants, but it is what he needs
— lance won't be a rebound for his endgame

lance wants allura. this is obvious. this is SUPER obvious. but lance's endgame won't be what he wants. lance's endgame isn't allura.

even if the feelings are mutual, if allurance gets together, lance WILL be a rebound.

but allurance form what i can tell will happen. it just won't be endgame. im guessing they realize they're better off as friends orrrr off to my next theory

klance is canon king.

this was also from a review but GUESS WHAT?? it got removed from the article like 10 minutes after dropping.

why would they remove it but not remove the "a relationship that i suspected would come after season 6"?

because they're talking about different ships.

and how they say "keith and lance" hints it's them who have the crushes. now, the "a crush or two" is a bit sheepish, but u can get a lot from it nonetheless.

im not going to grasp at straws. in my honest opinion, klance should become canon. the development, the coding. but i don't think dreamworks is ready for that.

so yes, allurance may be canon queen but klance is endgame king
