Enjoy this very short one-shot! It isn't the best. Also, the end and texting part remind me of my online friends and me.

Lance was laying on his bed with his computer, looking on Instagram. It had been a long day of exams, and he needed a rest.

He scrolled through his feed until he saw an account The post was an edit the person made.

His eyes locked on the screen, the brown haired boy enjoyed watching the edit. Lance was interested in what else the creator had posted, so he clicked the profile picture on the top left corner.

What popped up on his screen looked to be a fan account of a YouTuber he had recently gotten into.

After watching a ton of posts, Lance decided to message the owner to compliment them on their account.

yourbudlance:
hey! you have some good edits, y'know? i really like your recent one.
you also have pretty decent memes lol.

He clicked 'send' and soon got a reply several minutes later.

lancemcclain:

thanks! it took awhile, but it payed off.

Lance grins at the reply, and types back.

Behind their screens, both boys chuckles.

lancemcclain:
oh no. wait, does that mean we'll keep talking?

funkyhunk:
i guess so!

lancemcclain:
cool. well, i'm going to sleep now. bye bud.

funkyhunk:
see ya.

Lance turns of his phone and closes his eyes. Quickly, he falls asleep.

The two boys talked more and more frequently after that, and learned more about each other.

They became the best of friends, and it all started with a click.

Hopefully, that wasn't a bad one-shot! I guess you can say Lance and Hunk connected really fast, right?
