Clarys pov
"Ready?" Valentine asks in his demented tone. That I couldn't stand.
I stood up with Rosella in my arms nodding to Valentine. I'm only praying that Alec has a feeling somethings about to happen he always does.
Jace made his warlock friend that I've never met before. But he's here to help Jace and Valentine with a portal. So he must be a bad person. That's all I know about him.
We step through the portal and I saw Alec. My heart dropped in the pit of my stomach. That's my husband. Immediately and he saw me. Until he turned his head and saw Jace and Valentine.
I ran and ran and ran. To a place, I could keep my Rosella safe.
As I ran I heard alarms go off and things flying through the air. The body's falling to the ground.
But I kept going.
I stopped where no one would go. Isabel room. I hid in the closet till someone came to find me. Which I knew would be Isabel.
Because I told her one random day if I ever need to hide it would be her closet room.
I snuggled up in the closet and rosella fell fast to sleep. The best part about Rosella is she fell asleep quite quickly.
Alecs pov
My heart dropped when I actually saw Clary but when I turned my head she made a wild dash for it.
I got the alarm siren reporting to every room meaning we have danger inside the institute.
Everyone came immediately to fight off Jace, Valentine, and some random warlock.
I swung my bow to the front of me and aimed to hit the warlock straight in the chest causing him to fall down.
Left were Valentine and Jace.
Isabel took out Valentine with. The swish of her whip and a slash of her Seraph blade that instantly killed him.
Magnus just did I snap of his fingers that made Jace turn into ash.
They obviously had a plan huh? I laugh in my head.
Wait where's clary?
Isabel stopped me from running by turning me around.
"Follow me, big brother." She says with a huge smile which made me smile.
I followed Isabel to her room then her closet. Isabel stopped herself from opening her closet and demanded I did.
I opened the closet and it revealed my two favorite things in the world.
My princess and my queen.
I fell to my knees crying in happiness. And Clary handed Rosella to Isabel as she swung herself onto me.
Which I suffocated her into a tight squeeze.
I lifted my arms up to get Rosella from Isabel and sat back down next to Clary. Which was amazing because we both looked at Rosella.
Which revealed one little giggle from her lips.
