Chapter 1.
Ah.. Fall. I love the leaves crunching. The cool air and mostly I love going home because, I finally finished my first year at college. I pull into my old home and look at the house in aw. It was actually much bigger when I was little to think of it now. I walk to the door and knock. I look at the time on my phone to see 7:40 pm. Just in time for dinner. it doesn't start until 8:30 so I still have time with my mom, Walter and the newest addition, Lucy. She is sooo adorable. I open the door since my mom told me it would be unlocked and Lucy darted straight to me from down the stairs. I picked her up and then my mom walked over to me and hugged me, "Hey sweetie. How was it?" I nod my head setting Lucy down, "It was good. Fun I guess. I met a couple of really nice people." My mom leads me to the kitchen, "Was one of these really nice people a boy?" She says a little too excited. She sets a plate of apples with peanut butter out for me, "Um. no.. I was thinking maybe Matt and I could start off on a new leaf." I mom looks at me with an eager look on her face like she wants to tell me something. I give we a confused look. I wonder what's going on..?
