Chapter 21.

He stopped the kiss, "Look Ella.." I sigh and get up, "You don't like me that way do you?" He shakes his head, "No it's not that. I.. I just want you to figure things out with Matt before anything else between us happens. I don't want Matt or you to be hurt." I sigh, "Yeah you're right. Sorry." He stands up, "I just don't want us to do anything serious and then we don't work out. Okay?" I nod my head, "Okay." We go out to his car and get in. Once I sit down I got kinda curious, "Hey Jack." He turns to look at me, "Yeah babe?" I laugh a little, "Do you think that Katie is prettier than me? Honestly." He laughs, "Well.." I hit him in the arm, "I was saying.. she does kinda look like you. I mean before you left. With the dark blonde hair. The greenish blue eyes. The only difference is your bodies. I mean.." He gestures to my stature, "You're petite and tiny." I sigh, "Yeah I'm a tea cup Pomeranian. I look like a little boy next to her. I mean my legs and arms look like little twigs. And my chest looks flat as hell." I look down and got a little sad because, I used to love how I looked until I met Katie. Jack lifts up my chin, "Hey you're perfect. I promise. I mean Katie.. she has a nice body and is hot. But, you are pretty, and you're nice and cute... and-" I cut him off, "Okay okay. I get it you think she's hot. Do you like her?" He just looks at the road, "Oh my god you do." He glances at me, "Well I'm the one who introduced him to Katie. I've liked her for the longest time." I giggle a little, "You see the only things I can't stand about Katie is A. she's a slut B. She only likes guys with the same or close to the same color of hair as her and C. her laugh. Your laugh is way cuter." I giggle a little and then realize we're in Matt's drive way, "Wait I thought everyone was at your house." He shakes his head, "Originally. But, then I left for your house and they said that they were coming here to have a little party to cheer up Matt." I nod and realize that's why there are cars everywhere on the street. I walk in and straight to the back yard. Ignoring the people asking me if I want a drink. I look around and see Matt standing next to the pool talking to someone. But, I couldn't see the person. I walked around the pool and saw Matt and Katie kissing.. my heart broke.
