''hey bub how did you sleep'' you asked you husband as he walked down into the kitchen.
''ok. i feel really sick though. i feel like im going to vomit'' lou said as he sat down at the kitchen table rubbing his stomach. you made him some toast to try and hellp settle his stomach.
''here bub eat this it might make you feel better'' you said as you handed him the toast. he started nibbleing it. eventuly he gave up and took a big bite. he swllowed it but he could feel it trying to come back up.
''baby im going to vomit'' lou said as he put his hand over his mouth and gaged. you quickly took of and grabbed a bowl. as soon as i got to him i put the bowl under his chin he vomited. everything that was in his stomach came splashing into the bowl.
''argh i want it to stop'' lou said as he lost what else was in his stomach.
''i know baby its ok just let it out''. you said. after about 5 mins of straight puking he finished up and sat back in the chair.
''come on baby lets get you too the couch''. you said getting helping lou up into the lounge room. once you had him settled on the couch you went to clean the bowl. you went back into the lounge room with the thermomater.
''hey lou can i check your temp please'' you asked him
'' ok baby'' he said. you walked over to him and sat on the edge of the couch. you put the thermomater into his ear. it beeped it showed that he had i high temp. you went to put the thermomater away. you came back with the bowl and sat it on the floor next to the couch.
''is there anything i can do for you babe'' you asked him as you put a blanket around him.
'' just cuddles please'' he asked
''sure bub'' you said as you layed behing him on the couch being the big spoon. just as lou fell asleep he mumbled a thank you

lou was asleep for about 2 hours when his stomach decided to flip.
''baby. Y/N wake up please'' he sais trying to get you to walk up before he puked everywhere
''hey babe whats wrong'' you said. you sat up and saw that he was siting on the enge of the couch with the bowl on his lap. you quickly sat on the edge of the couch rubbing his back.
''baby i dont wanna''. he said
''i know baby just let it out''. just as you finished he puked up nothing but bile. he kept dry heaving and gaging.
''Y/N it hurts'' lou said when he was done. he lent back on the couch.
''i know bub how about we go up to bed'' you said.
''ok i just want to sleep'' he said. you helped him up to bed and you placed a bucket on the bed side table just in case. you got into bed becide him. you both fell asleep.

after a week he was back to his cheaky self. sadly you caught it so he ended up looking after you.
