I here footsteps and pants, as I look up sniffling to see Nate staring at me in the most caring way ever.
"Are you crying?, no no no, you can't cry because of Kim"
"Look, you and your girlfriend should leave me alone okay, I'm new here, and I really don't wanna keep any bad record, please", I plead with him through my tears
" Why do you guys keep saying she's my girlfriend"
"Um...cause she is", I say with an arched eyebrow
" Okay, here's the whole story", he says while joining me on the floor. "We met at a club, I was celebrating my admission into college, so me and my guys decided to go to a club and celebrate" he pauses to take a deep breath
"So she was looking pretty hot and all, and I decide to start a conversation with her, then I had feelings for her, and she had feelings for me, bu...t now, I don't have feelings for her, and she still has freaking feelings for me, so now do you understand, we never even actually dated, we just both had feelings for each other "
"Ohh... , well...now you just made me fell like a complete idiot", I say while still sniffling my nose, as he uses his thumb to wipe a slightly invisible tear off the side of my cheek, which then gives me goosebumps, making me blush.
" So I do make you blush", he says with a smirk on his face.
"No...what...no...no, I'm not blushing, shut up, who ever said I was"
"Kitten, you're cheeks are flushed pink, don't hide that pretty smile from me" he says making me blush the more. I think this is a really good time to ask him about last night.
"Um...Nate"
"Yes"
"I need to ask you something really important "
"Sure blush queen, fire away " he says teasing me. I just ignore him and roll my eyes.
"Last night, you really annoyed me and acted like a total jerk, and then you just stormed of, like whats that all about, now you're acting all nice to me, what the duck"
"What the duck, really" he says with an arched eyebrow," what's so bad in saying a cussing word"
"You such a kitten", he huffs.
"NATE, focus on the ques-" the bell cuts me, as we both stand up and walk into the hallway
"Talk to you later", he says and waves, as we both go our separate ways.
