Blood Tainted Rose

A Game You Shouldn't Play.

"D-Dad- Dad? What the hell!" I screamed as my mother hid herself.

"What do you expect, Ivy?!" He yelled.

"You didn't need to do THAT. I though you were going to suprise her, just not in that way!" I screamed.

"Calm down what happened?"He asked walking to the door.

"He isn't breathing. She killed him..so I did what was needed." I say letting tears streaming down my cheeks.

"She's what it takes to be queen, killing someone takes courage!" My mother spoke fixing her ruffled hair.

"I agree." My father smiled and kissed her cheek.

"Oh. So she's the new heir?" I asked with a smirk.

"Yes." She looked at me and then to the guards. "Go fetch my beloved daughter." She said to Jameson and he did so.

Five minutes went by and here came Jameson with a frightened look on his face.

"She's been killed, your majesty." He said and bowed before my mother with symphony.

"Ivy, dear. Did you do this?" My mother said cooly.

"Indeed, I did mother." I wipe my cheek.

"I knew you wouldn't disappoint me!" She cheered and I almost choked on her words.

God damn liar...

"Adrian, you say he's dead?" My father asked worried.

"He's not breathing, I'd like you to save his body and encase him in the family room. There will be a funeral, all castle member must attend. And since I've murdered my older sister, I claim the throne. Now fetch me my robe and crown." I ordered.

I was soon being pampered as a queen. I ordered the guards to place Adrian in the "Lost" room, It's where we encase our lost ones in glass coffins. I had my guards place Adrian in the middle of the room with blood tainted roses around his coffin. It was such a beautiful sight.

"Guards! I'm thirsty.. bring me a drink." I say and slouch down in my chair.

"Yes your royal highness." Jameson and Peter said in unison and five minutes later they came back with a boy.

"Thank you, now leave. Now!" I ordered and they left.

"Please, don't hurt me!" He panicked.

"No, I won't do such things yet. Lets play." I smiled.

"O-okay.." He stuttered.

"You know what, I change my mind. Come here." I said and he did as he was told, he was now bowing before me. He had brown hair and green eyes that told he was terrified. He was cute, none the less.

"If you could, send this to my girlfriend when I'm gone" he said before giving me a envelope and leaning his neck to the side. I bit into his neck, simply marking him as he screeched out in pain.

"Is it over? Am I dead?" He asked with tears in his eyes.

"No, you'll be killed another way.. I can't kill a human." I kicked him away and William, who was standing in the corner, came over and dragged him out of my room.

"Hmph, all talk and no play." I say to myself before opening the envelope the boy had given me.

It read:

Dear Lilly,

You're my heaven, never my hell. You're the star that leads me when I'm lost.. I was lost, emotionless. Nobody would help, but somehow you found me and put me together one piece at a time. I know it may be cheesy, but you're my puzzle piece and without you I'd be nothing but some toy who has lost it's quality. Every time I look into your eyes I see the galaxy. You're eyes are a great beauty and they are what I love most of your physical traits. I love the way you smile and make little out of nothing. You're my everything and If I never get to, I want you to know that I always had a ring waiting for you. It shines like you're eyes when I tell you I love you.. By the time you read this, it will be our wedding day.. Or the day I shall die. Either way, till dead do us part.

"He was going to marry a girl.. I didn't catch her address ." I say wiping tears off my cheek.

"Adrian, that's who he reminds me of! I can't let this boy die!" I say before running to my cellar.

"Lilly, I'm so sorry.." He said smashing his head against the pavement.

"You love this Lilly, do you not?" I asked looking at my feet. He quickly turned to look at me.

His eyes widened and he grew pale. "It's time already?" He asked and started to cry.

"Just answer my question.." I say before walking to his cell.

"With all my heart..." He said looking up at me and I unlocked his cell.

"Follow me, no questions." I commanded as he followed me through the corridors of the castle.

"Your majesty, can I ask you a question?" He said slowly.

"What is it? Make it quick." I ordered..

"Why don't you have somebody to love, you're so pretty...? " He asked me and I felt a blush creep upon my cheeks.

"I did, at one time. Quick, through this door." I said opening a door.

"Are they sleeping?" He asked and looked at all the glass coffins as I walked over to the coffin in the center of the room.

"AHH! God damn!" He yelled and threw something.

My senses went crazy, there was fresh blood in the air, it smelled so sweet, so innocent. Then I turned to Alexander and got wide eyed.

"The rose, it stuck me.. " He looked panicked.

"Here.." I looked at his finger and licked it, his blood was sweet. It tasted just like Adrian's..

"Heh, that tickles.." He let out a little laugh, and I looked up. He was blushing, the color of blood. Awwh, how cute.

"This is Adrian" I say walking back over to his coffin.

"Hey, I have a brother that goes by the same name!" He smiled and walked over by the coffin.

"Oh, really? How old is he?" I smiled back.

"17hundred years..." He laughed.

"Wait, what?" I ask dumbfounded.

"My whole family are werewolves... I thought you knew that.." He said looking down.

"That's why your blood is sweet..." I start talking aloud.

"Can I taste yours?" He smiled with a tint of red upon his face.

"Not in front of Adrian, come to my room at midnight.." I smile and left him there in the room.

I'll make sure this boy will get back to his love, if it's the last thing I do.
