This chapter is very important to talk about with your partner and to also think about.
Now it's different for everyone so you must set boundaries with your dominant or submissive. for example the punishments could be putting them in a corner to think about what they have done or go as far as canning it is simply up to the submissive what they can handle and for the dominant to respect that.
I believe that a submissive should never be taken away from any comfort items like blankets or a shirt they stole as it gives them something to focus on if the punishment was serious so that the submissive can think on what they have done.
A reward is similar it could be going to the movies eating out or sex. Once again it depends on what the submissive is able to do what they are comfortable with and how they want to spend rewards the dominant must respect the submissives boundaries or they will soon find that the submissive will most likely leave.
