I wandered around the mall, looking for a new wardrobe. Clothes with floral patterns, tribal stripes and anchors were all on my shopping list. I went to each store looking for clothes. Most of them looked great on me, so I ended up buying over five bags of clothes, shoes and jewlery. By the time we got home I was exhausted. But, I was trying my best to go from tom-boy to girly girl. Who knows, maybe one day I'll be face-to-face with a superstar. Like Selena Gomez or maybe even Harry Styles. I smiled at the thought. At that moment, I knew I was ready to do anything at all to achieve my dreams.
But there were other things on my agenda. School was going to start in a few weeks and I was entering eighth grade this year! Wow, I was the oldest class in the school. Hopefully by the time I graduated I would already be in Los Angeles, living the life of a movie star. But the chances of me landing the roll were one in million. Nearly impossible. Still, I wasn't about to let that that stop me. Tomorrow, I'm going to get a haircut and do my nails. That would complete my makeover! Strangely enough, I was excited as ever.
