Prologue
"I think we lost him." Natsu said from behind a vending machine. "I can't believe it. She saved me, again." Natsu thought, looking at the girl. Speaking of that girl, he had a very important question to ask of her.

          "So, your name isn't Luigi?" Natsu asked. Lucy facepalmed at this.

          "NO! It's Lucy! As in L-U-C-Y! LUCY! And you Natsu, I have some questions for you!" Lucy says, pointing her finger at him. "I deserve answers, but you just had to jump out of a window before you could give me them. Also, have you ever heard of a door? But anyways, tell me, what are the voices of the far shore? Why did I see myself out of my body? What was that thing we just fought?" Lucy glared at Natsu, waiting for her answer, but like last time, Natsu seemed far more interested in something else.

          "Well, before I answer, I think I should let you know that your soul slipped out. That, and you got a tail," he said with quite a amused look.
Lucy slowly turned her head around, and she found herself looking at a glows blue tail that she was connected with.

"HUUUUUH? WHAT IS HAPPENING???" Lucy cried out as she started at her new body part.

          Lucy Heartfilia once thought that she was a normal, average, everyday, teenage girl with an absolutely, 100% everyday, average, normal life. With two hyper active, over imaginative best friends, two loving parents, and the usual teenage pros and cons, she had a normal life. That was until she woke up in a hospital bed hearing voices of fear and pain, from people ranging from the smallest child, to the oldest person. Lucy tried to make sense of this, but she couldn't. She was still trying to figure out what had happened to her earlier today. The event that got her in the hospital in the first place all involved a cat, a pink-haired dude in what seemed to be a vest and sweatpants, a freaking bus, and finally, being outside of her very own bo—

"How are you able to hear the voices of the far shore?" A voice somewhat dangerously close to her said out of nowhere, interrupting her thoughts.
          Lucy looked down at the person lying on top of her legs, under the covers, and in her bed making a creepy cat face at her. Time froze as they stared at each other in silence until the new information of what Lucy was seeing registered in her brain.

"AAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!" Lucy screamed as she jumped off the bed, scrambling to grab her phone and call the police.

"Wait! Wait! Don't call the police! You have nothing to fear!" The guy said. Lucy obviously didn't believe him. Then again, who would believe some complete stranger sneaking into their room, into their bed with them in it, and then saying "you-have-nothing-to-fear," even though what that person did was something only a perverted creep would do and say?!
Lucy's hands flailed around her as she tried to find her phone, so she also tried grabbing something to defend herself. She threw a tissue box, a bottle of hand sanitizer, a flashlight, two bottles of water, at least five remote controls (why does one TV need five remotes? No one knows) and a stuffed whale at him before she finally found her stupid phone! However, Lucy hesitated before calling the police, because the flashlight she threw had turned on when it hit the floor, and it was now facing the creepy guy in the room.
          Lucy took a good look at the guy and realized, "You're him," she said. She absorbed the appearance of the man before her. The light pink hair, the white scarf that looked like scales, a blue vest, white sweatpants with blue stripes, sandals, and those piercing green eyes. It really was him, but... "How is it possible? That you're here, completely unharmed, an...and..." she stopped talking when she noticed his bare chest.
