Chapter 9

*Authors Note* I so sorry for not uploading! I was at a pool party then I stayed at my friends house and I was gonna write after she went to be but we ended up watching Paranormal Activity 1,2, and 3 so it didn't end till 6 a.m. SORRY!

Carly's POV

I sat back and watched all the other people take there seats.

We sat in a group facing eachother.

Uncle Zayn and Uncle Harry on one side facing Me and Dad. Uncle Lou and Eleanor facing Uncle Liam and Miranda on the other side.

Hmm now that Uncle Lou and Eleanor were getting engaged I wonder how long it would be before Uncle Liam pops the question.

I put in my headphones and pressed shuffle on my iPod. Hurt by Christina Aguilera began to play.

Seems like it was yesterday when I saw your face

You told me how proud you were but I walked away

Sometimes I want to call you but I know you won't be there....

its been hard without my mom. Even if I wanted to find her all I would have to do is search the local cemetery.

She died 2 years ago from cancer.

I think its time to forgive her though. Its time to let go of all the hurt and sadness she caused.

"Its time to let go." I thought before drifting off to sleep.

When I woke up we were about to land and Uncle Harry and Uncle Lou were in a fight over who had the bigger muscles.

Boys will be boys.

Once we landed we grabbed out luggage and made our way to the car out front.

When we got to the hotel we were greeted by people who put flower necklaces on us. (I can't remember the name sorry)

Surprising there. were no crazy fans to tackle us.

We went inside and got our room key.

The way the hotel is set up the top floor is like a really big house so we made sure we got the top floor.

When we got to the top it was a mad scramble to find rooms.

I ran down the hallway and chose the one at the end.

It had a large queen bed with dark blue bedding. The floor was a sandy color and was very soft. The walls were a cream color with the slightest hint of blue.

Even though it was slightly plain it was like having my own private beach.

There was a knock at my door. "Come in!" I yelled

"Hey." Uncle Lou whispered. "The guys and I are gonna set up for tonight and I need you and Miranda to help Eleanor get ready."

"Yay! I'm so happy for you Uncle Lou!" I whisper yelled.

"She hasn't said yes yet." he said suddenly nervous.

"Yet." I said running down the hall to get Eleanor and Miranda.

We got her ready in Miranda's bathroom since its the biggest.

"What's going on?" Eleanor said confused.

"Oh just sit down and shut up!" Miranda said jokingly.

"Ok Miranda you do hair and make-up and I'll get her dress." I said making my way to the closet where she had already unpacked her clothes.

Eleanor's POV (bet you didn't see that one coming ;)

Once I sat down in the chair in the bathroom Miranda began to work on my make-up. I couldn't see because I had my bacm to the mirror but I trusted her to not make me look like a clown.

When she finshed my make-up she moved to hair which I could tell she curled because I saw the curling iron.

After she finished Carly came in with a beautiful silk one shoulder strap midnight blue dress.

"Its beautiful!" I exclaimed.

"Consider it a bribe" Carly said winking.

A bribe? Bribe for what?

They hurriedly left so I could change. After a little wiggling to get into the tight dress I came out of the room.

"Oh. My. God. YOU LOOK AMAZING!" They yelled.

I looked over into the mirror and saw that Miranda had given me smoky eye shadow with a hint of dark blue and glossy pink lips.

They were right I did look pretty good.

"Now go go go there's a car waiting outside!" they yelled shooing me away.

I wonder whats going on.

I made my way to the black limo that was there to pick me up. By now it was dark but still comfortably warm.

The trip took about 15 minutes before we stopped.

"Were here Ms. Calder" the driver said politely.

"Thank-you" I said getting out.

When I got out I was on a stone path at I could see a gazebo ahead with someone under it.

I quickly made my way to the gazebo and saw that it was Louis standing there in a black suit and a dark blue tie.

"Hey we match!" I said taking the last few steps.

He just smiled and took my hand.

"You know I love you right?" he said nervous.

"Of corse and I love you just as much!" I said.

"Good" he said getting down on one knee.

"Eleanor Jane Calder. I love you more that carrots. From the first time I met you I knew you were the one for me. You make me smile and laugh. Every time I'm around you my heat beats a little faster. Your the most beautiful girl I've ever seen. I wouldn't want to change a thing about you, except for your last name. Eleanor will you marry me?" he said lovingly and I knew he ment every word.

"Yes." I whispered holding back tears.

He slid the ring on my left hand and picked me up in a big hug.

"I love you" I said before kissing him with all my love.

*Authors Note* Aww I actually started getting teary eyed writing this. Also a shout out to @DelaniHarrelson. She's a really sweet girl so you should go read her stories! There really good! :)
