*Next Week*

We were home from Hawaii and we were getting ready for our court date. The judge would decide if my mom got custody of me.

Since we had to dress casual but still nice.

I put on an all black sweater with dark blue skinny jeans, a black scarf with peace signs on it, and black flats. I straightened my hair and put on some eyeliner, light shimmery eye shadow, and some mascara to top it off.

I put my glasses and flats on and made my way down stairs to find the guys in black dress pants and each had a different color dress shirt.

"You ready?" Dad said nervously.

"I guess."

The car ride was silent because everyone was nervous.

When we pulled up to the court house 20 minutes later we were escorted to our room. On one side was my mom, a man that I'm assuming is her boyfriend and two kids. A boy and a girl.

The girl had chocolate brown wavy hair, bright green eyes, she was slender but still had curves, and I saw she had a nose stud on her left nostril. She looked about my age.

The boy had short black hair and pretty blue eyes. He looked older. 16 maybe? It was obvious that they had different dads.

I took my seat and waited till it was over.

*2 hours and tons of arguing later*

"The court as reached a decision. Due to Mr. Horan going on tour the court grants Ms. Davis temporary custody of Carly Horan for the next 6 months. Case Dismissed." The judge said.

I didn't know how to feel. I mean it was temporary so if I liked it then they would share me, but I didn't get to see my dad or the guys for 6 months.

We made our way over to my mom and she gave me a big hug. I returned the hug but not fully. I was still cautious of her.

"Hi. I'm Arabella, but you can call me Bella." the girl said. giving me a hug

"And I'm Derek." the boy continued. Giving me a hug too.

"Well I'm Carly." I said. "Oh we know mom doesn't shut up about you. Bella said.

I started to blush when Uncle Lou came over. "Hey were all going out to eat so get your stuff and lets go. Heaven forbid your Dad gets too hungry." he said chuckling.

"Well I guess ill see you guys at the restaurant." I said

At dinner me and Bella really hit it off. "Hey Dad can Bella stay over?" I asked.

"Its fine with me as long as your mother doesn't mind." he said.

Mom and him had been getting along quite well.

"Of corse I don't mind! It will give you too time to bond." my mom said with a smile. Something was up.

After dinner we went back to my house and hung out. Since me and Bella were about the same size I gave her clothes to wear.

We watched a movie and got ready for bed. We had both gotten up early and were tired.

"Night sis." she said yawning.

It felt good to have someone say that. I was always the only kid and now I have two siblings!

"Night." I said smiling.

I went to sleep happy. It had been along time since I had been truly happy.
