The wounds that you left,
I pray they will fade away.
Not because I wish to be free of pain,
But because the scars are a reminder of you.
Everyday.

When I think of you my heart feels like it's twisting, aching, and yearning.
But when I see you, my skin feels like it's burning, and my stomach is filled with butterflies.
Why do I still feel like this about you?
Pushing everyone away because I still can't handle the truth that you broke my heart, not into two, but thousands of peices.

That feeling of not wanting to be here anymore
Doesn't just go away.
I just tell myself to think about it another day.
