Chapter 21

"Mr Maheshwari there is a small fracture in your right hand and it'll take more than one month to heal . There are some scratches on your head and legs which is not too deep . You need to have bed rest " Dr David said after checking Sanskar.

"So when can I get out of hospital" He asked while sitting on the bed with the help of the nurse

" After 4 - 5 days maybe . I forgot to ask , I sent Dr Sarah here , didn't she reach here yet ?"

" I'm here Sir "

All turn to look at Swara who was smiling showing her teeth .

"Where were you ? " Dean asked

"Hmm..washroom" She said playing with her stethoscope .

"Here is Mr Maheshwari's file . And everything is written there and look after him . well " Saying Dr David went and nurse followed him .

Sanskar smirked at Swara who was reading the file and he knew she was directly avoiding him . " Swara " he called her with the smirk still on his face .

Her cheeks turn beetroot red and she looked at him.

" Sanskar . Oh my god. Tum . You had accident . I thought it was another Cricketer named Sanskar . That's why I didn't look at you properly " She said coming in front of him with an innocent face .

" Oh I see . And ha I know what will happen when you look properly " he said remembering when she fall unconscious.

She smiled showing her teeth .

"No need to smile tooo much . I understood everything" he said hiding his laughter.

"Hehehe...(she slowly walks near him) Actually.. (She took his hand in hers ) actually na...I don't like cricket ( she said in one breath and looked at him who was faking seriousness in his face)..I mean...I watch it sometimes.. Hmm....I watched Ind vs Nz match (she said excitedly)"

"It happened in November ( she smiled and said yyes that's it..India won na) yes India won so that's the last match you watched ?"

' November is not far . So I can say yes ' She thought for a second . " Yes Sanskar . After that I couldn't watch with di's marriage and all" she said smiling .

" But the match happened in 2017 " He said controlling his smile .

She looked at him with a shocked face and then smiled .

" Meri maa I understood you watch everything " He said while yawning and tried to lay back . She helped him to lay down .

She saw a medicine on the side table and checked it . " You ate this na (he nodded his head ) Ha so you'll be sleeping for next few hours Sanskar " she said caressing his face . " Sleep . I'll come after sometimes " She said picking her stethoscope which she kept on the bed earlier and in response she heard his light snores . She smiled and went from there.

" How was the meeting with your cricketer ? " Ritika asked taking out her books from the locker .

Swara smiled at her and said " Its a secret "

"No. No tell me ."

"He knew it already ( Ritika gave her a 'really' look ) yes . I remember when I was in Udaipur I had told him that i hate cricketer . I'm such a fool ." She shook her head and closed her locker .

" So....can I expect a ..you know mujhse shaadi karogi ...thing..soon" Ritika asked keeping her hands around Swara's shoulder while walking.

"Nope .....soon....We're like .you know on the base level...so..there's a longggg way ahead " Swara said .

" You said na..his proposal came and about that... "

" Mom called me day before yesterday . Dad says he's accepted the proposal seeing a yes from my side..but he said the marriage and all sorts of things will be decided after both ours consent . And I'm sure Sanskar too will not want to jump on to the marriage straight instead he would want us to know more about each other and then the rest things " Swara said

" Okay I get it . You'll both date each other for maybe 2 or 3 years and then he'll propose you and then happily ever after right !?" Ritika asked standing in front of her .

" Sort of " Swara said looking down while smiling .

" Ha..ha...blushing blushing " Ritika laughed .
