Replaced

Hyunjin places his oversized beige colored coat over Young Bin.
That was what he always did when Hyunjin and y/n traveled to school on the bus together. Y/n would always fall asleep and he would place a coat over her, putting his arms around her shoulders and letting her head rest on his shoulders.
Before y/n left for America, y/n could hardly stand girls. So what changed?
"Jinne-ah"
That was the name y/n called Hyunjin. No one else was allowed to call him that, or so she thought.

Youngbin had woken up and was now staring at Hyunjin with the most evil smile y/n had ever seen.
"Youngbin, this is my friend y/n."
FRIEND?!!!
"Pleasure. Any friend of Jinnie's is a friend of mine"
Every time she said the name "Jinnie" it was as if a thousand needles pierced into y/n's Head slowly.
"Nice to meet you"
The girl looked at y/n with a fake smile plastered across her face.
Y/n's Head became dizzy and her sight, blurry.
Why was this girl calling Hyunjin "jinnie?"
What changed while y/n was gone?
Why did he not introduce y/n as his best friend?
A thousand thoughts raced to her mind and she turned to the window, watching the rain fall slowly.
Thump. Thump. Thump.
Was that her heart or the rain?
Hot tears filled her eyes and flowed down her cheeks, covered by her hair.
Y/n bit her lip hard in attempt to keep the tears in, making blood rush out.
In her lap, she clutched her teddy bear, Jinnie Bean.

In the background, Hyunjin and Youngbin chattered away about some upcoming party Youngbin was hosting.
It was as if Y/n didn't exist.
Suddenly the car came to a stop.

"This is your stop y/n."
