"Stay here Temptress" the women spoke softly to her child, the young girl looked around, her eyes a mystical blue color.
"Remember you have mine and your fathers amulet, as long as you wear them you're safe"
Temptress could only nod, she was too scared to say a word.
The woman gave a her a kiss on the cheek and walked into the dark forest.
The screams could be heard from miles away, the smoke took over the star covered sky.
"Mama!" Temptress screamed.

Temptress jolted awake, beads of sweat trickling down her head, she sighed looking around her room.
It was another nightmare.
The thunder illuminated her room, she wiped her forehead.

Nothing was out of the ordinary, her door creaked open slightly, her eyes immediately turned a glowing yellow, she griped her amulets.
Her little 'brother' Tony stepped in with his stuffed monkey.
Temptress sighed in relief and annoyance.
"Another Nightmare?" She spoke.
Tony nodded
"It was the vampires again!"
She rolled her eyes, him and his lame vampires.
"Come on" she made room for him, Tony walked forward looking around cautiously, he had always been scared of her room.
He jumped in the bed and cuddled his monkey, Temptress closed her eyes and the last thing she heard was the roar of the thunder.
