Knight 3(2): One of Zero

When somebody  do a mistake,even it was a little one. They whole live will change as much the mistake took effect. Like the old folks said:

~Human always make mistakes~

That was my mistake. Because of it, I can't never go back to the that place again. The place where I met him.

"What is your name,boy?"

The woman asking my name.

But I was too scared and immediately bite her hand.

"Ouch!"

She let go her hand and I managed to escape . I quickly ran into the forest.

"Oh my!What a cheeky boy he is."

In the cave ,I was exhausted. My legs felt numb. It was the second time I running like that.

I was worried to continue to come to the village again or not.

But I have set my heart to keep going there. I must learn everything that I need to know.

Rather than go to the usual spot, I tried to take a trip to explore the whole village. Just like a sneaky rat, I quickly walked among the crowd like a cockroach . I felt I was stealth among them because no one notice me. I managed to catch some glimpse of the villagers activity. Some grilled the meats,some shouting to attract the customer or someone standing in front in the crowd while muttered something. It caught my interest although I couldn't understand what did he said. He wearing a weird clothes which resemble a storyteller with a long hat.

"Listen all villagers!My name is  Reynard Austin ,an storyteller. I came from the city called Argentina . I came here to tell you a story. A story  about a brave adventurer named Shaft Alter who claimed himself as the King World."

The crowd laughed after heard the name.

The storyteller continuing :

"When the other people heard his claim,they were laughed like you all people. Even me! But!---"

He suddenly raised his tone. Everyone was silenced by his action.

"You may laughed forever but he doesn't care about your thought about him . He even ignored your opinions! Because why? Did you all want to know?"

He secretly raised the villagers curiosity. Even me. They whispering and talk in a low tone. I barely heard them.

"Did you all want to know?"

He purposely said that to make the villagers want to know more.

"Yes!!"

The man smiled widely.

"Therefore,I want you all to keep listen to my story. I also have the other interesting stories .So keep come to this place. And don't forget to 'drop' your money here!"

The man bring out his guitar. He struck the guitar strap lightly which produced the  harmony sounds.

"There is man~~!"

He started the story with singing style.

"Who want to be the king~~~!"

"He dreaming to be the most powerful man in the world~~!"

Then he struck the strap heavily .

"Every laughed at him~~! Like you folks~~."

The crowd laughing.

"And yet~! A dream must be realise if you wanna live longer~~~~!

The harmony rhythm suddenly changed into upbeat rhythm.

" Yeah!!He was right!~~"

"So everyone listen up! I will do it~~!"

"Because there is something in this world I need to find it ,he says.~~"

"He travel to seek  the truth~!"

"He set off his legs to step in the dangerous world."

"He met with dangerous tribe called Poison Elf!~"

"There are only women which any man will try to shove in!~"

"But warning your head will gone missing if you dare~."

"He managed to run away. But a girl follow him from behind."

"He shoo her but she refused~!"

"Just how hard this girl will listen  to me!Said him sighed.~!"

"He let off the hook and the girl follow him."

"Soon enough ,a swordman joined them.He claimed himself as the world strongest swordman."

"He was a pervert.."

He sighed..

"Well forget about him anyway. That Jaime guy,were good for nothing ."

The man put down his guitar.Then continued the story normally.

"They travel to a dungeon soon later known as Mars. I bet you all know about the dungeon. There, they found a fire dragon. It attacked them but Alter managed to deflected the attack and calm down it. Then,it turn out the dragon was a cursed princess. "

"They travel to find the cure for the curse. They fought a divine beast,Atismata ,a sacred high lion hybrid with ape. The beast gave them three items,The Vast ,an ancient ring forged by the god of war which granted the user to use multiple armors. The Loop,a sacred axe which can cut anything with one sweep. The Visor,a band made from Phoenix feathers  ,which made you stealth.
Alter took the Vast,Jaime worn the Visor and the elf girl,Katrisa took the Loop."

"They set to the land of Mist where a great sage lived in there. The sage gave them 3 missions in order to find the cure location. Alter must fight the divine spirit ,Althea and get the seed of Valhalla inside it. Jaime must steal the cloak from the great thief dragon,Vaizardrous who rampaging around the world and stealing from each countries he attacked. Katrisa must fight a high level Hydra only using a small axe."

"Jaime managed to trick Vaizardrous to become his friend then give him the cloak. Katrisa doesn't have any problem to kill the Hydra. Only Alter who failed. And....."

"Let continue tomorrow."

He smirked.

"Eh??"

The crowd frustrated and unsatisfied .

"Tell us more."

They demand him to continue anyway.

"Well the time almost reach the sunset.You all should go home and have a good dinner. Let us meet here tomorrow."

Soon,the crowd left him.

"Shaft Alter.."

The first name I say.

"Shaft Alter...It's a wonderful person."

"!?"

A familiar woman voice piercing my ears. I quickly turn around back.

The sister was behind me with a smile on her face.She said with delightful tone.

"We meet again,cheeky boy~!"
