~The next morning~

"Jack!!!! Jaaacck!" I woke up to a strange voice.

"Jack..." I said softly, shaking him a little. He slowly opened those jaw- droppingly prepossessing eyes. "Jack, there's someone here..."

He rolled over and pushed his hair back.

...That made me cringe and bite my tongue...

"Oh crap... Alex!" He exclaimed, jumping out of bed and tripping his way over to his closet. "Uh... Could you just... cover your eyes?" He blushed.

I nodded my head and turned the other way. I listened to him undress. I heard him pull his shirt over his head, I heard his shorts and boxers hit the floor. I don't know what possessed me to do so, but I slowly turned my head to look at him. After catching a glimpse of his beautiful body, I whipped my head back around and closed my eyes. Jesus fucking Christ, he was sexy as hell.

"Okay." He said. I turned around and smiled at him, hoping - no, /praying/ - to god that I wasn't blushing. "I'm gonna introduce you to my friend, Alex. Also our band's singer." He said excitedly.

I always hated introductions. I could never have a proper conversation with anyone without stuttering uncontrollably. Hopefully this Alex guy is nice, like Jack.

"Hey, Lex!" Jack giggled, messing up the other boy's long brown hair. "This is Megan." He beamed, presenting me to Alex.

"Hello..." I smiled shyly. Alex was kinda cute, too. But only cute. Not hot. Not sexy. Just cute.

"Hi!" He smiled and even waved a little bit. "I'm Alex," he gave Jack a little punch. "Not Lex, that's my porn star name." He leaned over to whisper in my ear.

I bit my tongue while looking at Jack and tried not to laugh. "And what's yours, Jack?" I blushed as I laughed.

"Jack Hammer." Alex answered for him.

I let my jaw drop open a little bit as I stared at Jack. "Well... Is it true?" I raised my eyebrow and giggled, still blushing.

"You'll have to find out." Alex smirked.

"Alex!" Jack whined. "You pig." He rolled his eyes.

"So... Alex. I hear you're a singer." I said, looking up at Jack again. Maybe I'd tease him a little bit and flirt with Alex... "I also hear that singers do it louder." I mumbled just loud enough for the both of them to barely hear it. I stepped closer to Alex and ran my fingers through his hair, then looked over at Jack who seemed rather... Uncomfortable.

"Megan... Can I just... Can we talk for a second?" Jack asked in a soft voice.

"Of course, Jacky." I said innocently, following him into another room. "What do you need?" I asked.

"Um... Just... Here. Sit down." He told me, pulling out a chair for me. "I just really really like you... And I know you probably don't like me. Everyone loves Alex... I can't choose who you love but I get really jealous very easi-" I cut him off by covering his mouth.

"No... Jack... I'm sorry... That was a really bitchy thing for me to do. I didn't mean to make you feel bad wow I'm a horrible person..." I stood up to leave. He was probably angry at me, so it would be best to get out.

I felt him tugging at my shirt. "No... Don't leave me." He said, his voice cracking a little bit. No, no no no, please don't cry. It would shatter my heart into a million fragile, lifeless pieces to see him shed a tear.

"I'm sorry Jack..." I said, sitting on his lap and giving him a hug. "I shouldn't have done that."

All he did was hug me tighter, I took that as an acceptance of my apology.
