Hannah heard a wheel spin outside the basement.

The basement door slams open and her dad is stood there in overalls and has a spade.

"come on Hannah we're going on a road trip!" stressed Mr O'neill.

"No!" screeched Hannah back in her dad's face with a nice snotty spit to go with it.

Mr O'neill reached into his picking revealing a hankerchief to wipe the spit of his face. After cleaning his face he gripped Hannah by both arms and dragged her up off the floor and pulled her up the stairs.

They struggled to the front door and Hannah's dad threw her into the back of the dirty van ready to be taken away.

Once she was in the back of the van and on her journey to nowhere she was thinking what her mum would do in this situation. She said to herself "Think Hannah think!" with no useful ideas going through her head she just sat there crying with her wrists and ankle tied together.

She was helpless, all that went though her mind was at the end of this journey is there were going to be an end to her life. They stopped suddenly she asked where they were and a male voice answered "The gas station. Now shut up!"

Hannah had never heard that voice before who was it? And why was he doing this to Hannah?

After a few minutes the dark van started moving again over rough, bumpy roads, Hannah was in the back trying to balance herself but without her hands or feet she wasn't going to succeed at all.

after about another half hour they stopped for good now. The back door to the van flew open with a beam of light to Hannahs eyes which took a few seconds to adjust to. As she was pulled out of the van Hannah looked around to find something that looked familiar about the place, but this place had never been seen by Hannahs eyes before and she doesnt think she will ever want to see it again.

She found herself walking down a dry desert like floor, needing a drink to re hydrate herself she collapses to the floor with no more energy to even keep her body up.

They ended up in a cave in the middle of the deserted land. The other man with his face still covered poured Hannah a nice glass of cold water and told her to make it last.

"thank you." pleaded Hannah, "you're a great man inside you just don't want people to know it."

"My name is Steve, but don't let you're dad know I've told you that though, ill get canned." He returned to the next room to talk with Mr O'neill. Hannah was thinking of what they were talking about, trying to make out each word seperately. The only thing she could hear was "She needs to die before she's found, because that's when we die."

Hannah was shut in the cave with no way of escaping without help of another person. She was on her own now in the dark with nobody to even talk to in the middle of what seemed to be a desert.

"HELP! SOMEBODY HELP ME!!" Hannah screamed at the top of her voice.
