I gave up sleeping last night and ended up walking around till early hours of the morning. All I could think about was Mitchell. I couldn't be with him even if I wanted to, even if he wanted to.

My alarm sounded, an hour earlier than on a school day, it was Saturday which meant workout day. I felt as if I hadn't exercised in years, obviously I hadn't left it that long.

I threw on my cropped vest top and shorts with my white superstars and threw my hair up into a messy bun. A gentle jog to the local park it was.

Frank SPORT: 'Are you up for it then?'

My phone notified me of another text from Frank as I rested on the park bench and stretched my legs.

"Sorry something came up," I spoke to myself, reading my reply aloud.

The thing between myself and Mitchell was nothing but it didn't feel like it. It felt as if I'd just broken up with him even though neither of us had even thought of being a couple. Definitely not!

"I don't suppose you fancy training with me?" I heard the devil himself speak.

Fully aware that Mitchell was behind me, I chose to ignore him, plugged my headphones in and began to jog down the path.

"I can't hear you," I sung the words as I was in that type of mood from the music I was listening to. I could hear murmurs here and there which were obviously Mitch trying to get through to me.

"Stop!" The voice was louder this time as my headphones were yanked out of my ears.

"Go home," I took my headphone out of his hand casually.

"Have you even stretched?" He frowned.

"Yes I'm not that stupid," I rolled my eyes.

"Well you're right leg seems weaker," he pointed down at my leg which was currently at an awkward angle.

"I'll sort it," I walked a little until I reached the next bench and stretched my leg again.

"Come here," I felt a pair of warm, manly hands wrap around my ankle.

"There's no need," I so desperately wanted to get away.

"Sh," He hushed me and started rubbing my leg and moving it in different ways.

"Mitch," I groaned quietly and my eyes shot open, I wasn't even aware they were shut.

"Yeah?" He looked up at me, taking no notice of what had just came out of my mouth.

"I need to go," i adjusted my shorts which had began to rise and left him.

My leg felt unbelievably relaxed and It felt as if I was running on clouds.

Once I'd returned home, I threw a pizza into the oven and lounged on the sofa watching multiple movies. I guess the exercising was pointless as I'd just put everything I lost back on, plus more.

The next thing I knew my phone was ringing, it was Annie.

"Babe, I really need to see you," she began.

Myself~ "Me too."

Her ~ "Why don't you come up for the day?"
