He couldn't believe it,he just let anger over took him after spending many years at therapy yet he couldn't control it for a little while
The shock of what he just did was still running through his head when he saw her falling he was paralyzed didn't know what else to do not until she fell and he heard something cracking he knew it from her head because the angle the neck was said it all and her eyes was staring at him in shock motionless.
What has he done he kept repeating he could see she was not moving and he was too scared to move closer
Because he knew that she was dead yet he was confirm seconds seems like hours when he stood before her not untill jayjay made little sound before he could come to his senses
He checked her pulse to see if she was alive,put his hands at the surface of her nose but he couldn't find any thing to indicate Phola is alive,once he realized she was truly dead he was rooted to the spot alot of things running through his head how could he have let something so useless get him angry he knows that he still loves her that was what got him angry knowing she was not even carrying Davis child but another man after he as given up hope and try to forget about her,he even left town because he couldn't stand seeing them together showing there love to his face every moment.
He has to act fast and he knows it knowing any moment the rest of the family will be back from the party,Darm it!! all he was hoping he won't find anyone one since he has been in town for business and he has heard about the wedding party and he sure knows they will be there,he couldn't have none she was home or even pregnant
He check his pocket for the keys he as bought along so he could take an important file in the room he has not use for 2 years now dropping the knife he went on his way to the room unlock it and pull it open wide came back to the parlour and look at the lifeless body he sure knows he couldn't carry her only to drag her is the only choice he could make and he knows there will be alot of mess with all the blood
With his hands on her legs he started pulling her towards the open room,he kept pulling knowing full well he didn't have time and she was too heavy but he couldn't wait panting and pulling he heard a sound coming from the parlour a he was not really far from there and he sure didn't hear any car drove in so he said it might be the boy playing and it nothing serious to be sure he came into view and I saw nofin only the little boy playing with is toys so he continued to pull untill he got into the room,pulled her completely inside closed the door
He knew the hose like the back of his hand so he went to the back of the door that leads to the visitors toilet to retrieve the mop and a bowl of water pour in a detergent went back to the parlour to clean up the mess,he cleaned the ties down to the door of the room he just left not quite long
When every floor was neat he went back to the parlour pick up the dish and cup he use for lunch leaving her own on the dinning table went to the kitchen and wash it he then returned it to where it should be
Immediately he went to the room close it and ponder what he has to do with the body and fast,he came up with an idea he took the covers in the bed tape the body with it,and deposit it inside the frozen fridge cleaned any sign on blood in the room took the file he wanted and stepped out locking the room back
He came out to see the boy sleeping,he picked him up drop his file on the nearest chair and took him to phola's room deposit him in the big bed and left that room. On coming out something was telling him he as forgotten something very important,an important details,he checked around went to the kitchen, parlour and back to his room but he couldn't see what it was and he was in an hurry to leave the house,he decided to leave since he couldn't find anything,apart from the wristwatch at the entrance of the door wish he was not sure if it was there when he came in or not,since it was not his he left it there, he was about stepping out when he heard the car been drove in.
Fuck! he said,he has waisted enough time and he might get caught he ran back to the room he kept the body he has to come up with a plan,how he must get out of the house then he remember that it won't take long for them to go to individual rooms and they won't check on Phola till the next morning so he decide to leave once everyone settled down for the night the idea of him staying in the room was too scary for him but he endured it
He hope they haven't changed there normal routine after parties so he could use that as an opportunity to leave the house and he knows he as to be out of the house before they start looking for her since she has this room key it will be one of the place they will want to check
So he waited he was sure nofin will lead to him because he as told his business partner he was leaving town and it was is partner that dropped him at the Airport,he would have left town if he has not remembered the file and since he knows they will be at the party he as come to pick it up and then leave he didn't want to see anyone especially Phola and Davis he as also told his partner that he has an important meeting the next day that was why he couldn't drop to see Phola and her family,he noticed everything was quiet has he had predicted just an hour everyone as gone to bed, quietly he unlock the door and lock it back walk out to the entrance but he couldn't find the watch hmmm he said the owner must have picked it up
He unlock the door leading to the entrance and stepped outside with a relief sign, walking far away from the building he took a cab straight to the airport he must leave town tonight or early the next day.
