The Past Is Haunting

Sora's brothers died in car accident by a drunk driver. However, it wasn't just anyone though. It was Cloud's mother, and both of them was in a deep darkness. His father was going through a state of numbness. His mother was leaving in and out of the house and coming back drunk. Vantias was leaving home and don't come back until few days later then leave again. Sora was in a deep of shock, but he still push to help everyone that need it.

Cloud had no one to talk to because he felt deep shamed of what had happen. He barely came to school and cried at night for the loss of his friends and mother. He had no father or living relatives. Sora would try to come over and see if he was alright. Cloud would say he was okay and close the door quietly. He never understood how Sora can keep smiling even everyone knew it was a front, and Riku and Kairi tried to talk to him but never succeeded.

One day Sora came home and heard moaning in Vantias's room. He blushed knowing what he was doing upstairs. Then he heard a low growl and heard a familiar voice.

"Vvv-vantias!"

His eyes widened and ran up the stairs with urgency.

"Oh god no!" he thought to himself.

He reached in Vantias's room and broke down the door then gasp with shock and pain of betrayal. Underneath Vantias was his best friend and crush, Riku. He saw their clothes all over the floor and a box of condoms was on the nightstand. He saw two was already used. But what really made him nauseous was Vantias's dick was inside in Riku's. He can practically smell the sex in the room and sweat of both men. Riku stared at him with horror and surprise. Vantias pulled out of Riku and grabbed his pants then put them on.

"Let's talk, Sora." he spoke calmly.

He grabbed his twin from the shocking scene. Sora's eyes quickly withdraw from Riku and followed his brother downstairs, but heard a quiet 'shit' from Riku. They walk out on the porch and faced each other. Vantias took out a cigarette from his pant pocket and lit it.

Sora gasp,"Vantias! Don't do that!"
"Why?"
"It's unhealthy!"
"Geez, you act like a little kid."
"At least I don't act like a total asshole!"
"Holy shit, I didn't think you knew that word."
"Shut up!"
"In fact, I thought you only knew words like potty mouth."
"Shut up!"
"Why are you throwing a tantrum for?"
"I said shut up!"

A loud smack was heard. It echo through the sky. A red angry handprint was on Vantias's left cheek. His face showed a stunned and mixture of awe expression, but it didn't last long; soon it turn to furious look. Sora was just as shock as he was.

"I'm so-"

But he didn't get to finish; he felt a heavy force on his stomach and a sharp pain went through him. He coughed up blood and tears poured down his face.

"Who the fuck you think you are?! Slapping me like that!" he said while punching him.

He couldn't land another punch as he felt someone pulled him back. When he look up, he saw Riku in his line of eyesight. He saw the panic in his eyes and finally realized what he was doing.

"Oh my god, what am I..." he spoke with dread.
Riku rushed over to Sora,"Sora?! Wake up!"

Cloud heard a knock on his door. He sighed knowing full well who it was. He got up from the couch and walked towards the door. He open the door without looking.

"Sora, for last time I don't need cons-" he stopped mid way,"oh, Sephiroth, what brings you here?"
"I heard you been skipping school of late. So, I brought Chinese food. May I come in?"
"Uh, sure?" he stepped aside to let him in.
"Everything okay?" he asked while walking towards the kitchen.
"Yea, I guess." he followed after him.
"Cloud."
"Hmmm?"
"Your mother just passed away and two friends of yours as well. I'm no psychiatrist, but I think you shouldn't be okay."
"Don't forget my mother caused all three of them..." he said as he plopped in the chair in exhaustion.
"Ah, so that's the problem. You're shame that your mother drank and drive and killed your two friends; now you think that it is your fault instead of being an accident all together."
"My god, are you sure you're not a psychiatrist?"
He laughed a little,"nope, I'm just good at reading people."
"Guess so..."
"Listen it's nobody's fault, but the people who had let your mother drink and drive that day."
"But-"
"No, buts. It's not your fault."
"...thanks"
He smiled,"no problem."
