{Personality}
River is a girl who follows her heart. She will do what she thinks is right even though it could get her in trouble. This also means she can be stubborn. Trying to change her mind will take a lot of work. Once her mind is set it's set. She cares about others and would give the shirt off her back to help someone else. River is very loyal but she can be a little too trusting. Despite trusting people easily, she has a hard time opening up to others. River also lacks self confidence and tends to put her self down in situations.{Likes}

{Background}
River grew up like any other child. Going through the typical struggles that any child had. However, when she was fourteen a virus broke out in the United States. It affected all the children, killing almost all of them. The ones that survived changed.When she was fourteen her mother and father were worried that her and her sister were going to die from the virus. So after her mother put her little sister to bed, River went and tried to comfort her parents. However when she grabbed onto her parents' hands, her powers activated and she accidentally erased her and her sister from their memories.
After River let go of their hands she knew she did something to them but wasn't sure. They looked at her like she was a stranger, because to them she was. Her parents tried to act calm but she knew what they were doing. They were calling the ODC to take her to the camps and she knew that her sister would be forced to go too. The moment her parents were out of the room, she ran to her sister's bedroom and woke her up. From there they packed their bags and went on the run.
