Personality Colton is a bit of a complex guy. One minute he is your best friend, the next you'll wish you never met him. The truth is that Colton is a sweet guy with a lot of baggage. He grew up a rough life and because of that he isn't the best at controling his emotions and has some anger issues. While he does have mood swings and gets angry easily, he tries his best to be a good man. He wants to be generous and have a kind heart but with how he was brought up, it's not easy. The male secretly is a talkative person but he doesnt seem that way because he tries to keep to himself as he thinks that he is a danger to people and a burden as well. When he gets to know someone and actually likes them, he can be a really sweet guy who just wants to make his significant other happy. Colton is a bit of a jealous person who often gets possesive over his women. Now he would never say that she can or can not hang around certain people but he will show the world that this is his girl and his girl only. Now while it seems that Colton doesn't think and can be a bit haste, he is actually rather thoughtful and puts his best judgement into certain situations.
How he died Believe it or not Colton died at the hands of his father. Like him, his father was very hot headed. Unlike Colton, he didn't care what the consequences of his actions were. Colton's father often liked to take things too far. A woman said 'no' to him and she'd get a slap to the face. Colton misdbehaved and well the punishment varied depending on the day. If Colton were lucky he would get locked in his room for a night without food. It was Colton's birthday when he died. He had come home from a night of celebrating with friends only to find his father grumbling something underneath his breath. He was sitting at the table with quite a few beer bottles scattered around him. Despite being 20, Colton lived with his father while he tried to save up as much money as possible so he could go to college and not be in thousands of dollars in debt. Both of the men were drunk and an argument broke out between them and then one thing lead to another and a fight broke out between them. His father ended up throwing him into the coffee table which he hit his head on the sharp corner and then that was it. Well at least that is what Colton remembers.
Backstory Colton grew up with a rough childhood. His father was abusive and his mother was practically non-existant always popping back in after a few months to give her 'little boy' a gift that she had gotten on some fancy trip that she went on for work purposes. The truth was that Colton's mother had a variety of men on her arms and why wouldn't she? She was beautiful. She slipped away for months at a time saying that she was going on another business trip, when in reality, she was just going with one of her men to LA or Las Vegas or god knows wherelse. His dad was too drunk to notice or care but he still was upset that she was gone so he took his anger out on Colton. As Colton grew up his mother showed up less and less until one day when he was around ten. His mother came home and gave her father the divorce papers. She was 4 months pregnant at the time with a little girl and the father as some wealthy guy who lived in LA. His mother claimed that she wanted 50/50 over Colton but once the divorce was final, she never even bothered to offer him to come and stay at her new place in LA leaving Colton alone in a trailer house filled with dad's beer bottles and the occasional girl from a local bar. His dad's drinking habits only got worse and he kept on taking it out on Colton.
What is he being treated for? He is being treatrd for 'anger issues'- by anger issues they mean his unability to control his anger and what he directs it towards.
Quirks His biggest quirk would be that he can be sweet (when he wants to be). He is a bit unstable anger wise but is working on it.
Fears Meeting someone he loves and scaring them away due to his anger. Hitting his significant other. Being alone forever. Never being happy.
Other He has met his younger sister once before but it was so long ago when she was just a baby and he has a photo of him holding her. He wishes to meet her one day. Her name is Sasha and she is currently 19.
