Chapter 2

Ashton's POV

So we recently just ended a small gig in a small venue in a small town outside of Chicago. This wasn't a very small gig to me though. There was one girl in the crowd that was.......I don't know...........special. She was stunning. I would love to meet her but this gig didn't have a meet & greet with it. I shouldn't be saying all this because I have a girlfriend but I just can't help it. We may not have had a meet & greet but I somehow caught up to this mysterious beauty on the streets. "Hey, I saw you in the crowd of our show today" I said out of breath finally caught up. "Oh uh h-hi I'm Lilly." "Pretty name, Lilly" "Well th-thank you" "Wanna hang out with us for a while?" "Um sure!"

YES! I DID IT! I MET HER! Wait. But Maria. Oh crap what have I done?! Maria is going to think I'm cheating! "Hey um Lilly, Maria is going to have to come with us, is that ok?"

Lilly's POV

"Oh yeah sure that's fine" I say with a fake smile on my face. Of course Maria has to come I'm such a dumbass! Why didn't I think of her! I got caught up in the moment I guess. I have to keep in mind Ashton is Maria's, not mine. Even though I swear I felt a connection, my mind tells me I didn't. I need to shrug it off, Ashton and I are hanging out as friends. "Where are the other boys" I ask him. "Oh they are out getting coffee while I tried to catch up with you instead" "Oh ok." and that's when Maria showed up. Ashton greets her with a peck on the lips and I feel anger welling up inside me. NO LILLY STOP! You can't think like this. Maria is Ashton's girlfriend not you! "Lilly this is Maria, Maria this is Lilly, a friend of mine" "Nice to meet you Lilly" Maria says with an obviously fake smile and a step closer to Ashton. "You too Maria" with my fake smile on. And off we head to the coffee shop to meet with the rest of the boys.
