"Baby come on, we have to go! We're gonna be late! You look fine. It doesn't matter how you look!" You shout to Jack.

" Y/N Y/L/N!!! I'm almost ready. Calm your waters!" He yells back.

"Ugh. He's so sassy" You think to yourself.

He runs down the stairs and stops right in front of you.

"Done. And yes it does matter how I look Y/N. I'm meeting my girlfriends parents for the first time" He says.

"Ok ok. Whatever. You look great per usual. Now let's go!" You say walking to the car. Jack hops in the drivers seat while you get in the passenger side.

You and Jack were going to your parents house so they could meet him for the first time.They only lived ten minutes away so you didn't have to drive too long.

"Baby." Jack says looking at you.

"Yes?" You ask.

"I'm super nervous." He says.

"Sweetheart. They will love you. I promise. And if they don't that sucks because I sure do. But I've told them a bunch about you and my mom already LOVES you. My dad is hard to persuade, but just act like the perfect gentlemen I know you are. It will be fine." You say grabbing his hand and intertwining your fingers.

"Ok," he says slightly smiling. You could still tell he was nervous.

You talk about random things the rest of the ride to calm him down.

"We're here" you say seeing your house. You tell him where to turn and he parks the car.

You both get out and he grabs your hand. You walk towards the door and knock.

"Y/N!" Your mom says opening the door and pulling you into a hug.

"Hi mom." You say hugging back. You both pull out of the hug and you introduce Jack.

"Mom. This is Jack, my boyfriend. Jack. This is my mom." You say.

"It's very nice to meet you Mrs. Y/L/N." Jack says smiling shaking your moms hand.

"Nice to meet you too Jack. Why don't you two come inside." She says opening the door wider.

You all walk in and you see your dad in the living room.

"Dad!" You say pulling him into a hug.

"Hey honey." He says

"Dad. I want you to meet Jack." You say pulling away and walking towards Jack.

"Nice to meet you sir." Jack says holding out his hand.

"Very nice to meet you too young man." Your dads says smiling shaking Jack's hand.

"Dinners almost ready everyone!" Your mom shouts from the kitchen.

"You guys can go sit at the table, I'll help your mom." Your dad says to you.

"Ok."

You lead Jack into the dining room and you both sit down.

"Are you ok?" You ask him.

"I'm perfectly fine. Do you think they like me?" He asks you nervously.

"I think they love you. My dad has never smiled while meeting one of my boyfriends." You tell him.

"I guess I worried for nothing then."

"You did" you say laughing.

The rest of the night went by extremely well. Jack was very polite. He even made your dad laugh, which hardly ever happened with boys you bring home.

Right when you guys were walking out of the door your mom pulled you to the side while Jack went to the car.

"Y/N. He is by far the best boyfriend you've ever had." She tells you.

"I think he is too." You say laughing

"Your dad loves him. We both do." She says.

"Well I'm so happy you do. I think he might be the one." You tell her seriously.

"Well if he is I very much approve." She says.

"Thank you for dinner." You say hugging her.

"Your so welcome sweetie. You can bring Jack over here anytime you want." She tells you.

"I will. Thanks again. Love you!" You shout walking to the car.

"Well?" He asks.

"They absolutely love you." You tell him pecking him on the lips.

"Yes!" He says throwing his arms in the air.

"Why the excitement?" You ask laughing.

"Well I just found out that my girlfriend parents love me. I think that deserves celebration." He says.

"Let's go get ice cream!" You say excitedly.

"Ok. Le'go!" He yells pulling out of the drive way.
