They're friends since training days, both are part of the Kyu Line of friends so they hangout a lot for have dinner and drink. Mostly drink.
Back in 2010 in a interview with both TVXQ and Super Junior, someone asked if he though that Yuna was pretty. He said "She's stunning! I have a crush on her since the training days!" making everyone cringe. She laughed and add "Changminie stop being a weirdo!". After that no one (besides the fans) never talk about it.
She used to buy him food when he was in the army.

Jaejoong and Yuna are close since the training days in '90s. The fans gone crazy when they acted together in a drama and they kissed (before Super Junior Debut). In a interview Yuna said that she used to have a crush on him when she was young and she had her first kiss with him in that drama in 2004. They still in contact even if he's not in SM anymore.
SM never confirmed or declined anything.
