I hastily snapped out of my daze, still pressed against the cold white wall.

I hurriedly looked around me to see if anyone was watching which they weren't fortunately.

I smoothed my clothes despite them not being crinkled in the first place and breathed deeply in and out feeling flustered.

My wrists throbbed a little in pain and so I looked down at them with worried eyes to see they were red and already starting to bruise but I ignored that's a hurried into my art class with my sneakers clicking down the rest of the dirty corridor.

I opened the green chipped door to my favourite place in the whole school, the art room. I grinned at it and lifted my head up for a moment to glance at all the wonderful bits of art hanging around the room. People glanced at me for a second but turned back around right after, I was a bit of a nobody. Most people didn't even know I existed but I was okay with that.

I rushed through the crowd of seated and talkative students to my desk in the corner of the room. I usually sat alone but in rare occasions a girl called Izzy would sit next to me. She was quiet like me but she actually had friends unlike me, I never mind sitting alone since i like to be alone to concentrate.

I scurried into my seat and sat down swinging my backpack around the chair.

I sat in silence while the rest of the students chatted among each other.

While I was sitting I took out a blank sketch book and a pencil and started to draw one of my favourite sims called Delilah in the meantime.

There was suddenly a loud bang that sounded across the whole room. I jumped in my chair and squealed at tad and the noise but still kept my eyes glued to my desk.

I felt power and fear radiate the room.

Holly Raymond.

I hurriedly shut my book just in case she were to come over to me.

All I hoped for is that she would walk right past me, I had never had any problems with her before and she has seen me for years, but maybe she only discovered my name recently. That must be it.

I heard her high heeled boots click across the wooden floor, each step getting louder and filling more worry in my heart as she inevitably neared my desk.

I heard a couple gasps and whispers around the art room as Holly sat down next to me it but I still kept my eyes stuck to the table out of fear and intimidation for what she would go if I looked at her.

I saw a pad and pencil being thrown into the desk carelessly and then I felt a poke rough on my shoulder followed my a cough.

"Not even a hello for your new art buddy?" She asked sarcasm dripping from her tone like venom, I let out a involuntary shiver at her words which lead to her laughing.

"Your like a cute timid mouse" she said with fake sweetness.

"I-I'm not a m-m-mouse!" I squeaked out stuttering my cheeks red and puffed out in anger, however my eyes were still on my desk.

She grabbed my cheek forcefully and tilted it to look into her eyes which were still their cold dark green colour.

I gasped and my eyes widened at her appearance, she had a busted lip and I could see a bruise forming on her cheek. My conscious told me she probably deserved it but it was in my nature to help others. However my fear took over and told me to panic.

Tears started welling up in my eyes and fear etched my features.

I vigorously shook my head no at her hoping that she would leave me alone, giving her a desperate pleading look.

Her eyes softened for a second before the went straight back to emotionless and cold.

"Don't ever talk back to me mouse"
