"Don't ever talk back to me mouse"
She nodded furiously with my hand still resting on her cheek, I saw a single tear make its way down her face in fear. I had the sudden urge to wipe it away and comfort her.
What is this feeling?!
Whatever it is, I hate it.
I pushed her cheek round to the side because I heard our teacher Mrs. Glover walk in, as soon as she spotted me she gasped.
"Holly! What on gods earth happened to your face?" she asked with concern mixed with her shocked tone.
"Another fight" I answered bluntly, making sure my face still looked emotionless. She sighed.
"Please, clean yourself up." She ordered and pointed towards the door. I got up from my seat and walked to the door, students quickly glancing at me in fear. As I was about to turn the door knob she shouted.
"Oh! Hold on a minute! Take Dallas with you please"
I groaned in annoyance before turning my head slowly and looking at Dallas. She sat there frozen in her seat petrified.
"Why?' I asked Mrs. Glover still emotionless.
"So you don't skip like you do almost every time Holly." She answered with boredom and irritation just want me and Dallas to leave.
"What are you waiting for Mouse?"
The class laughed at her nickname. I smirked.
Dallas quickly snapped her gaze to my and froze again. This was getting very irritating.
I pointed my head toward the door and she snapped out of her trance. She stood but wobbled on her feet before regaining her balance again. She timidly moved towards me with her head still bowed towards the floor in a submissive manner. Once she had finally reached me I opened the door for her but before she managed to slip out I whispered
"It's not nice to keep someone waiting mouse"
Her pace quickened as she scurried to the bathrooms, I went behind her but because I was a lot taller than her I easily caught up. We walked all the way to the bathrooms in complete silence, the only noise you could hear was the clicking of our shoes ad faint noises from other classes.
We reached the bathroom and she quickened her pace again and went in the bathroom accidentally slamming the door in my face. I heard a quiet gasp followed by a whimper through the bathroom door.
She is gonna get it now.
I barged into the bathroom and saw her cowering near the sinks she looked at me with sorry eyes but it didn't matter to me, I stormed up to her and backed her up against the sinks placing my hands on either side of her long black locks.
"That was a little rude Mouse"
I instantly saw crystal blue tears well up cautiously in her eyes with a mixture of sadness and fear spinning like a whirlpool in her honey brown orbs. She trembled slightly at our position.
"S-sorry I d-didn't m-me-mean to" she whispered sorrowfully not meeting my gaze for a second. Her hands trembled in fear.
"Sorry won't cut it mou-"
"I am not a mouse" Dallas spoke with such determination in her tone it was actually funny.
I let out a slight chuckle at her statement.
She back talked me. She didn't listen to what I said, no one gets away with that.
I brought my hand up to her head which made her flinch, which made me pause for a moment but quickly continued.
I stroked her black shiny hair gently and trailed it all the way down to the tips while I said.
"Oh mousey, when will you learn?" I said with sarcasm.
I heard her quietly sob but still kept my eyes locked to my hand trailing slowly down her soft hair.
After I reached the tips I uncaged her and jumped on the sinks.
She moved away from the sinks and wiped her eyes with the nail of her thumb quickly before looking up to me questioningly.
"So, are you going to clean me up or not?"
Dallas' eyes widened in realisation and she scurried around the bathroom collecting paper towels to wipe the blood of my face with.s
After she had garbed some she put a little bit of water on it and walked so she was standing in front of my face, she slowly and delicately dapped the damp paper towel onto my cuts and looked slightly shocked that I didn't even since or flinch when it touched my open wounds.
However she continued to dab and wipe blood of my face, changing paper towels ever so often.
The whole time she stared at my face with so much worry and concentration it was honestly quite cute. She isn't one of those fuck and chuck sluts. She is the perfect girl you see in the movies. She is the girl you would want your mother to see on your arm. She is the girl I would love to have as my cute little compadre.
There is one problem.
She is 'straight' yeah right.
Why do I even care? I shouldn't care.
I grabbed her hand forcefully which lead to her staring at her hand in fear and then staring into my eyes.
"Make like a mouse a scram" I ordered angrily. Dropping her hand in the process.
She nodded and exited the bathroom hastily but still keeping her light footsteps on her way out. Once the door shut I said with a sigh.
"What is this mouse doing to me?"
