the spaced out state particular to monday mornings.yoongi had been writing for too long. that's what hoseok decided. his bare feet padded across the cold, wooden floor, his hands slightly out in front of him as he wandered through the dark. he opened the door to yoongi's studio, only to find the smaller male hunched over his laptop, the only source of light in the room.
hoseok bent down and wrapped his arms around yoongi, pressing the older's back against his chest. "baby, come to bed; you've been working all day." he rasped, only to receive a whine and pout from yoongi. "please baby." the older just shook his head, continuing to click, type and swipe like a robot on a programmed routine.
hoseok twirled a lock of yoongi's dark hair. "yoongi, love, please come to bed. you need to sleep." yoongi sighed and stopped typing, resting his head back on hoseok's bare chest. he closed his laptop and stood up, shuffling out of the room. hoseok smiled a little and followed him back to their bedroom.
yoongi flopped down on the bed and curled up in a ball. "baby you have to change. you can't sleep in your jeans." yoongi pouted and sat up, rubbing his eyes. hoseok sighed and stripped him down before putting him in a clean pair of boxers and a large white tshirt. the only source of light in the room was a dim lamp in the corner with a paper covering on it. yoongi turned it off before curling up under the covers. it was only now when he realised how heavy his bones were and how much everything ached.
hoseok crawled under the covers beside yoongi and pulled him into a spoon cuddle, both of them curled up. "i love you." they both whispered.
