His name is Ruby and he's just a sad boyo- oh and he's a dad to a ferret named Charles
EDIT: (short backstory) His full name is Ruby Draco and he's 94 but looks like he's in his early twenties as that's when he was killed by an electric involved accident. He then went on to finding out that he can travel through electric or static, static takes a much longer time however. Then a few years later a ferret is electrocuted by something that Ruby is possessing. This then kills the ferret and allows it to talk due to to items being haunted by the ghost. Ruby then names him Charles and they have have a type of connection where they can't be more then 400 meters away from one another
