4. Awake and Date time

You woke up to the sound your phone going off next to you, you looked over to see it was a video call with Jess. You answer but turned your camera off. You had to get at least a shirt to cover up yourself so she doesn't get the idea of what happened yesterday.
"(Y/N) your camera is off" Jess said you tried playing it off like you didn't know.
"Oh shit, sorry Jess" You clicked your camera button and she squealed.
"What?" You messed up somewhere.
"Your wearing Adam's Butter King shirt" Dammit you said below a breath so she figured it out.
"I gotta go wake Adam in the other room"
You turned the camera and voice thing off and you tried waking Adam up. Instead he wrapped his arm around you pulling you down to his chest. You had fully layed back down and you sighed knowing you were gonna fall asleep if you stayed there.
"Wake up sleeping beauty" You whispered in his ear, you felt a smile creep onto his face.
"Does my prince need a true loves kiss to wake him up?" You escaped his arm hold and got yourself on top of him. Leaning down into a kiss and of course he opened his eyes, pulling you closer to his body
"Now sweetheart, Jess is on the phone waiting for us" You got off of him as he took his shirt from you and you threw on a white tank top making sure you had a bra on underneath. You grabbed the phone turning on the camera and voice. You walked over to Adam as he stayed in bed.
"Sleeping beauty is up now" you jokingly said.
"Did you give him a true loves kiss?" Jess smiled, Adam gave it away as he smiled about what just happened. His hands grabbed you pulling you into his lap, his arms wrapped around your waist while Jess continued to smile.
"Okay so about that double date, we could do it today at 7pm" you looked up at Adam as he nodded toward Aphmau, you rested your head lightly against his chest, his warmth invaded your body.
"Great! You guys plan on doing a couple video or anything at all?" Jess never did this when she shipped you and Mitch.
"I haven't thought of one yet" Adam spoke, you sighed in relief knowing it hadn't crossed his mind till now.
"Well we were going to play hide and seek irl with the office gang. (Y/N) could join us, you and Jason could too" Never mind you weren't saved from the videos.
"Sounds like fun, is it tomorrow?" Jess asked grabbing a sticky note.
"Yeah, today the gang is just doing the ductape challenge in a few, which reminds me we gotta get going soon" you nodded your head, as soon as you stoped his head rest on top of yours.
"My ship!" Jess made a heart shape out of her hand before ending the call. Adam looked down at you kissing your forehead before getting up.
"Adaaaaaaam" You let out as you were sprawled on the bed now. He walked back and stood close enough for his head to be over your so that you could get a view of him.
"Hmm?" He asked trying not to smile.
"I don't wanna move" He finally gave in and smiled as he picked you up, throwing you over his shoulder. Before you could say a thing he whispered into your ear.
"You looked cute in my shirt" your face became red which made you get flustered.
"Adaaaaaaam" you had already been fully dressed, while Adam sat you down on your couch and he grabbed his pants.
"I gotta run up to my apartment, I'm guessing you need a ride?" You have a small nod as he did the same thing he did to you earlier.
"Noooo" You felt his chest go up and down as he laughed again which was still contagious as you began to laugh to. Your head was resting on his back as you just gave in while he opened the passenger side door. Gently he put you in and buckled you. This was your chance to catch him off guard so you grabbed his neck and kissed him.
"Now that was cheating" He spoke kissing you again before shutting the door and going to the driver seat. The drive to his place was short but you two kept laughing sat your guys terrible pick up lines. Soon you guys pulled into a parking lot to see Red walking out with Barney behind him.
"Hey Adam!" Red waved then he saw you.
"Hey (Y/N)" You waved back as both of you got out of the car.
"Which one is it?" You asked as Adam began to walk.
"Hi's Adams and (Y/N)s" Barney waved toward him and you.
"The top one" He spoke pointing to the one with a balcony. You sighed as Adam took the lead and began walking towards the stairs. Walking half way up Adam looked at you before looking back and smiling.
"What's the Smile for?"
"Oh nothing" now you wanted to know.
"Adaaaaaaaaaam" He looked towards you finally answering your question.
"Yesterday when you went to unpack in your room, Jess said something and I just thought about it" My god Jess what did you say!
"What did she say?" You stuttered knowing it was something naughty. Jess acted innocent most of the time but sometimes her inner devil comes out.
"She asked me if I ever read those xreaders about me" Oh no you knew where it was going.
"God dammit Jess" you mumbled causing Adam to laugh a bit.
"Not the really bad ones which have readers and I do worse things than last night" I sighed as we finally hit his apartment.
"Ladies first" He held the door open letting you go first. He followed behind but soon left you alone as he went into his bedroom. You waited awhile before following where he went, you walked into an open door to see he was changing his shirt. His eyes fell on you which made you nearly become full red faced.
"Now we both know this isn't the first time you've seen my shirt off" My god he's still cute.
"I'm kinda glad My brother isn't in town right now, or he would kill the both of us more You than me" You spoke out trying not to look at him. It didn't help as he stood right in front of you, he lifted your chin up and gave you a sweet but passionate kiss before putting on his shirt.
"We gotta get going before we miss the video" he spoke leaving you breathless.
