Falling for you...

Chapter four

I opened my eyes as the intercom said we would be landing in 10 minutes. I was suddenly aware of my body and where I was. How did I get on this strangers shoulder? Oh wait that's Ethan. Sleepy Ethan.... Ethan's beautifully chiseled face slowly fell back into his seat between Hayden and I as I moved my head off of his shoulder. I heard soft snoring coming from Ethan's nose. I couldn't help but watch his chest rise up and down with every breath he took. His beautiful body amazed me. Wait why am I thinking these thoughts about Ethan? I literally just had my heart broken by Jack. I turned to look out the window. I wonder if Jack was thinking about me right now. Or maybe he's regretting breaking up with me... who knows what he is thinking honestly. Jack was a very unpredictable and spontaneous person. I  glanced down at the sweatshirt I was wearing. It had a purple DT in the corner. Thoughts of earlier this morning swarmed my head. Ethan probably thought that he was just being nice when he gave me his sweatshirt, not romantic... I suddenly snapped out of my day dream as my mom peeped her head around Hayden's chair. "Good morning sweetie. How was your nap?" Her blonde hair was thrown into a messy bun which meant she had just woken up from a nap. "Good." I whisper called to her, careful not to wake Ethan or Hayden. "Good, make sure you are all packed up okay? Your father and I have a surprise for you at the airport!" I couldn't help but wonder what would be so surprising this early in the morning at an airport. My mom took this as her cue to leave so she waved and turned around. I grabbed my phone from my bag and decided to check my social media's. I answered my snap chats with a quick selfie of me in wearing a messy bun and of course Ethan's sweatshirt. I wrote SNR (it means streaks and recents if you didn't know) in the corner. I almost blew up laughing when I saw Ethan's sleeping face in the corner of my selfie. I saved the photo to memories and reminded myself to show this to Ethan when he woke up. I shut off my phone and decided to get in a few more minutes of sleep before I would enter my new life. Who knows what my new life would bring? All I know is that I'm thankful to have a new friend by my side.
