Chapter one: Feelings

T/W: Mentions of past abuse, panic attack.

"Excuse me but who are you?" Logan questioned. Virgil saw Dolos stood right in front of him. He wished he could've gotten away.

"I'm Virgil's boyfriend." Dolos replied, putting emphasis on the word boyfriend. Virgil scoffed.

"No, I'm not, not anymore, I left you for a reason, Dolos, so just leave me the fuck alone alright?" he snapped. Dolos chuckled.

"If that's what you want, but just know that I won't be here when they leave you if you keep treating me like this."

"Piss off, Dolos, no one wants you here," Logan snapped. Dolos growled but shook his head angrily.

"Fine," with that he left the boys alone, Virgil took in a shaky breath. Logan looked over at him.

"Are you alright? Who is he?"

"I'm fine, that's Dolos, my ex, my . . . Abusive Ex," Logan's eyes widened. He obviously wasn't expecting that.

"Oh, well if he does anything to you come to us alright?" and that was the first time Logan felt emotions towards Virgil.

"Yeah, thanks, Lo," and with that their classes continued like normal. That was for the most part, at least until it came to lunch.

Logan had left to grab his lunch from his locker which left Virgil to go to their table alone. He waited for a while until he heard footsteps. He assumed that it was his friends but boy was he wrong.

He looked up and saw Dolos. He immediately looked away. But it was too late. Dolos sat down and rested his hand on Virgil's thigh. Virgil shivered at this. Dolos was too close for his liking.

"GET THE FUCK AWAY FROM HIM! YOU DON'T TOUCH MY BOY LIKE THAT!" the voice was one Virgil recognised. His breathing got fast paced but he could still recognise the voice. Roman.

"Or you'll what?" Dolos snapped back in reply, turning his attention away from Virgil, as soon as he saw Virgil moving to get away he grabbed Virgil's wrist.

Roman punched Dolos square in the jaw. "That, you fucker!" he added with a sharp voice. Dolos didn't let go of the boy behind him until Roman pried him off, Virgil felt a weight beside him as he sobbed. He knew someone was speaking but he couldn't hear what it was they were saying. It was faded it took a moment before he could process what was being said.

"Hey hey, you're okay, you're okay," Patton's gentle voice spoke to him as he clung to Patton, Dolos had gone but his voice echoed in Virgil's head. You're mine repeated over and over again. Patton calmed the younger until his sobbing stopped and his breathing returned to normal. By then Patton and Roman had realised their feelings towards Virgil as well. The real question was what to do now? They were too scared to tell one another or Virgil, so what was there to do?

Sorry this one was short! This was all I could think of, if you have any ideas maybe I wouldn't mind hearing them. If not I'll think of something.
