"Just kiss me," I said. Andy hesitates a bit more, but finally gave in. He smashed his lips against mine, and I can tell he's nervous. I put my arms around his neck, pulling him closer, and tangle my fingers in his hair. He slides his arm up my shirt, but stops and pulls back slightly.

"Scout," Andy whimpers, sadness filling his blue eyes.

"Shh. Don't worry. I won't hurt you, nor will I let anyone else hurt you ever again. You can trust me." I said.

"You sure?" He said.

"Positive. As long as I'm alive. But if anyone does hurt you, they won't be." I say. I take off my rubber batman bracelet and give it to Andy.

"Take this. It will remind you that I'm always here for you." I said.

"Thanks," he smiled.

I give him one more kiss and pull away. I grab his hand and we walk back into the living room.

"I have a surprise for you," Andy said, walking closer to me.

"What is it?" I ask.

"Well, it's not a surprise If I tell you, now is it?" He said, resting his forehead against mine.

"Well, I guess not." I said.

"Okay then. Go grab your keys." He said.

"But what about breakfast?" I ask.

"It can wait." He said.

So I walk over to the table, grab my keys and phone and wallet, and walk back over to Andy.

"Ready?" He asked.

"Yep!" I said, opening the door.

We walk over to my car and we both get in. Andy drives, considering I have no idea where we're going.

"Before we head anywhere, wear this." Andy says, giving me his batman bandana tied on his arm.

"Why do you want me to wear this? Is this such a surprise that I can't see where we're going?" I ask, putting on the bandana.

"You'll see." Andy says.

"I won't if I have this on," I say.

"But you will when you take it off," Andy said. I scowled, and the car moved. The ride was quiet the whole way there. Finally, after a long awkward silence, the car stopped.

"We're here," Andy said.

"Cool. I'm gonna need help getting out." I said.

"Don't worry, I'll help you." Andy said. I heard a door open and close. Then I heard another door open, this one slightly closer to me. Then I felt a hand grab mine.

"Here, I'll guide you," Andy said.

"Hehe, okay," I said, slightly blushing. I got out of the car with Andy helping me. He stands behind me and puts his hands on my shoulders, keeping me stable.

"Walk forward." He said. I started walking, Andy guiding me. I walked what felt like a mile, then Andy stopped me.

"There's a step here." He said. I stepped up and felt instant warmth.

He let go of my shoulders and said, "Okay, take off the blindfold."

I took off the blindfold and looked around in amazement. Andy had led me to a huge gazebo, with decorations everywhere. There were tables that had a little black chandelier thing with candles on it, two realistic skulls beside it, black wine glasses and black feathery placemats and black plates. There were black streamers, black balloons [which flew up towards the ceiling because some idiot didn't tape them down somewhere], fog machines, making the ground covered in fog, lace-patterned dresses hanging up on the side, and something huge covered up behind the gazebo.
