HOLDING TIGHT

HOLDING IT TIGHT

THE HAND THAT I PROTECTED

JUST SLIPS OF UNTIL I LOSE IT

OUT OF SIGHT.

I OPEN MY EYES

I SEE DARKNESS, THE CRAWLING AND CHIRPS OF

UNFAMILIAR SOUNDS

HOWLING IN THE NIGHTS ,IT CREEPS ME OUT.

VOICES, LOUD VOICES
ECHOING IN MY MIND
RUNNING AWAY UNTIL I REACH THY GROUND.

WOKE UP TO ANOTHER DAY PEOPLE WHISPERING, SHUTTERING OF GLASS
EVERY STEP , THE DOOR CREAKS
TO OPEN A TIME
I FEEL LONELY AND DISPLEASED.
