|Yuri's Pov|

I grabbed a piece of toast and stuffed it in my mouth, Running to school. Let me explain, Last night me and my bestfriend Mei had spent the whole night chatting and laughing and in the end I had gotten no sleep. Now I was late for classes and my alarm didn't go off. Thank god I wake up early. I slammed my homeroom door open, Attracting everyone's attention to me. Oh shit...

"Why were you late Amari?" My teacher asks me.

"W-Well my alarm c-clock didn't go off." I stutter. Great now it seems like I'm lying.

"That's the oldest trick in the book so if your gonna lie then atleast make it believable." The teacher says, Rolling his eyes. Everyone laughs at me as I walk to my seat, Blushing in embarrassment. After a couple minutes a paperball was thrown at my head. I unwrap it only to see another note from Mackenzie, My bully.

Yuri guess what? You should
go jump off the roof at lunchtime today, I mean its not like anyone will miss you :)

I threw away the paper and another one was thrown at me. I unwrapped this one and smiled.

I don't know what Mackenzie wrote but, Don't listen to it okay? I'm here for you whenever so if she hits you once then I'll beat her up for you.

Mei is my bestfriend and the toughest girl in school. She has never lost a fight, Even if it was 5 against 1. Everyone thought she was a demon with that strength but, Didn't dare talk about her incase she found out. I was lucky enough to meet her when I was younger and become friends with her so she never was mean to me or dared to hurt me. I look at her and smile, Trying not to listen to the voice in the back of my head. She's only pretending to be your friend. She's gonna leave you.

|LunchTime|

As lunch started I quickly grabbed my homemade bento and ran up to the roof. I heard footsteps behind me and turned around to see Mei. Suddenly 3 girls walked up to me and Mei.

"Why are you friends with her, I mean she's dumb, Stupid, and likes girls!" The leader of the group said, Rolling her eyes. I look down as I hear her say I like girls. It wasn't my fault that I was named Yuri... Yet I still get bullied for it.

"I don't give a fuck if Yuri likes girls. Yuri is my best friend and I wouldn't trade that for the world. No matter who she likes Yuri is still Yuri and she is my best friend." Mei growls.

"Ugh just hang out with us instead!" The girls yells.

"Nah I rather stay with Yuri." Mei says, flashing a cheeky smile. I turn to Mei and shake my head as the three girls scoff and walk away.

"You should've went with them." I said, quietly.

"Nah, Plus the last time I left you alone you almost drowned yourself in your bathtub." She chuckles.

"Oh yeah..." I sweatdrop trying to figure out how she found out. She saved you dumbass. I tell myself, rolling my eyes. She grabs my hand and sits down, Pulling me with her.

"So watcha wanna talk about?" Mei asks, A smile on her face as she eats some mango mochi.

"djwhdiwie why ask me?" I mumbled.

"Because I'm bored duh" She replied.

After that we spent the whole time talking about random things like, cats, drawings, animes, and music. Its times like these where I cherish us meeting.
