Unicorn's POV

"Y/N! Y/N wake up!" I said shaking her awake.

"I'm up!" She exclaimed, sitting up. I chuckled.

"You seemed pretty into you're dream" I said. I heard Ryan laughing in the corner, he had came over a little after we got home.

"Really into it" he said looking down at Y/N in her bed.

"S-sorry" she said. Ryan laughed.

"It was quite entertaining with all the 'Unicorn oh Unicorn' " He said. I saw Y/N blush.

"Whoops" she said.

"Anyway Ryan and I we're gonna head to my lab, I'll be back before dinner okay?" I said.

"Alright" she replied. Ryan and I walked off.

Y/N's POV

I stood up and changed into a pink sweater and jeans instead of my normal unicorn onsie. I walked out of my room and into the kitchen, no one was home.

"I'll just leave a note" I mumbled to myself. I scralled out a note in red crayron and left it where my step-mom would see. I made a quick bowl of chicken noodle soup and poured it into a thermos. I then walked out the door. I asked Sabre where he lived a few days prior so I could come over sometimes. I arrived at his house and knocked on the door. A nice young woman answered the door. I never met Sabre's mom, well she may be my mom too but, we'll see.

"Y-Y/N?" She asked.

"How do you know my name?" I asked. She smiled.

"Well why wouldn't I know my own daughter's name" she smiled and hugged me.

"So Sabre really is my brother?" I asked. She released and nodded.

"Why are you here sweetie?" She asked.

"I was wondering if I could see Sabre, Ryan tells me he has the bird flu" I said.

"Of course you can see him, oh what's that?" She pointed to the thermos.

"It's some soup" I replied. She nodded and led me to Sabre's room.

"Sabre your sister is here to visit you" she said before I walked in. Sabre sat up slowly her caughed a few times before smiling.

"So you are my sister" he smiled. I smiled in return.

"Guess so" I replied.

"So why are you here?" He asked. I felt my eyes look at him up and down, he wasn't in his chicken onsie, he was in denim jeans with a white shirt, and a green jacket over it, he wasn't wearing his bandana, he had brown eyes, like my own, they were mesmerizing.

"I um came to give you some soup and check in on my brother" she said.

"Ooh soup, I'm pretty hungry" he replied. I poured a cup of the soup out of the thermos and handed it to him.

"There you go" I said as he took it.

"Thanks" he replied.

"You're welcome" I smiled. He took a sip.

"Y/N can I ask you something" he asked. I nodded.

"Of course what is it Sabre?" I asked.

"Well I wonder how you look so positively on life" he said. I swallowed.

"I don't always look at it positively" I admited.

"Well when you do how do you do it?" He asked.

"I pretend I'm in a dream, where nothing can go wrong" I replied.

"But what if you like that world so much, wouldn't you stay there?" He asked. I nodded.

"I stay there a lot, I stay there until I'm too scared to wake up again" I said "I try to stay there with my friends so I don't have to go home to being abused by my drunk dad" I could tell my voice was shaking, I could feel the tears in my eyes. Sabre put the cup down on his dresser and pulled off his blankets. He swung his legs over so he was now looking down at my sitting body.

"You don't have to be afraid anymore, I'm here, Unicorn Man is here, Ryan is here, Tina, and Goldy" he said. I looked up and him, I finally stood and gave him a hug.

"Thanks Sabre" I said, snuggling into his shoulder.

"You're welcome" He said, I felt him nuzzle into my hair. Then a faint chuckle. "Ya know if you don't release our hug soon I might give you the bird flu" he said.

"But then I know I have all of my friends who will come over to make sure I'm okay" I replied, releasing our hug. He smiled at me and I smiled in return, I felt my phone buzz, I looked down, it was Unicorn.

My bestie and Crush- Hey... can you come to the daycare... with some milk?

Me- Uh yeah. . .what happened?

My bestie and Crush- I gave Ryan a potion and I have to milk to reverse the side effects plz hurry!!

Me- on my way

"I'm so sorry Sabre, I have to go, I promise I'll come back, or I'll see you tomorrow at Daycare" I said before running out of his room.

Unicorn's POV

Me- Hey...can you come to the daycare...with some milk?

My Cutie- Uh yeah...what happened?

Me- I gave Ryan a potion and I have no milk to reverse the side effects plz hurry!!

My Cutie- on my way

I shut my phone with a sigh.

"Don't worry Ryan Y/N should be here soon" I said trying to calm down an invisible Ryan.

"How can I stay calm, the side effects last for an hour and I can't even see my handsome face" he complained.

"Who ever said it was handsome" came the sound of a familliar voice.

"Y/N! Thank god" I said. She giggled and threw the milk on the floor, Ryan picked it up and drank it.

"A I visible?" He asked.

"Sadly" Y/N said with a smirk. Ryan gave her a playful punch in the arm. I saw them look into each other's eyes as they laughed.

"Hey Y/N?" I asked, butting in out if jealousy. She looked at me dead in the eyes, I blushed. "Um would you like ti come see a movie with me?" I asked. I saw her blush.

"I'd love to Uni" she smiled. I let her take my hand and we walked out of my lab. I gave Ryan a nasty look as I shut the lab door, then we walked out of daycare and to the movies.
