Burying Memories

"Goodbye, Mom. Goodbye, Dad!" I giggled as I ran off to my first day of kindergarten.

As I was running I must not have been paying attention cause I smacked right into someone. Talk about OUCH. 

"Oh, my Georgia!! I'm so sorry!" I frantically went to go help the small girl who I bumped into.

I reached my hand out. Then I Froze.

WAS SHE LAUGHING AT ME??!

I quickly pulled my hand away and turned away from her with a pout on my face.

Purfect the first day and I have abready embehrathssed mysethf. What's next I'm gonna fart in class?

"Fart in class??" She rolled over clutching her sides with laughter drooling out of her mouth.

"Son of a butternut bithcuit!" I stomped my foot.

I was about to walk away.

"Hey! Wait!" I stopped an looked over.

To my surprise, she was already standing up. She swiftly brushed off her dress and skipped over to me.

"Wanna be best friends?" She asked grinning with her two teeth missing.

"No." I scoffed.

"Why?" She whined.

"Becauth." I growled.

"Becauth why?" She pouted.

"Becauth you embehrathssed me." I yelled.

"Well I'm gunna keep athking!" She waved as I walked away.

"Be my best friend?" She grinned.

"No." I glared.

"Be my best friend I have cuuckies?" She was dangling a bag of cookies.

"No." I hissed.

"Be my best friend PLEEEEAAASSSSEEEE?" She begged.

"NO!" I glared.

"Fine..." She started to walk away dragging her feet.

My heart clenched with guilt.

"Hey! Wait!" I shouted.

She turned around with hope in her eyes.

"Do you still have cuukies?" I sighed.

She nodded her head frantically before running to me and practically jumping on me.

I stumbled back a bit but held my balance.

"Thank you, thank you, thank you!! You won't regret it!!" She squeezed me.

"I better not!" I tried to hide my smile.

"Rose? Rose Honey?" My Mother snapped me out of my thoughts.

"Would you like to say something?" My Mom asked.

"About what?" I ask completely dumbfounded. 

"For Bea dear." My mother asked me worried was evident in her eyes.
