Chapter 7: Seeing Him Again For The First Time

I used my magic to cover her worst wound in ice. It'll heel quicker covered in ice.

I just sat there waiting for her to wake up.

Rosaria's POV

My eye lids were heavy. My eyes opened a little, everything was blurry.

I looked around wondering where I was.

There was someone else, they had blue hair, but they were blurry. I couldn't figure out who it was.

I recalled what happened.

ZERO!

~Flash Back~

Zero looked back at me.

"Been a while, huh?"

~Regular Time~

My eyes opened. I sat up.

I looked over at the person.

It was Zero.

He was staring at me with no expression.

He sparked a small smile.

My eyes were filling with tears. I recalled when we were younger.

I attacked him.

"Zero!" I cried loudly.

I had pinned him to the floor.

I had my arms wrapped around him. I burred my face in his chest. Tears were running down my face.

Zero's POV

Her head on my chest made it hard for me to breathe, but I didn't care. Rosaria was here with me, in front of me.

"Rosaria."

Rosaria put her hands on the floor and supported herself up.

She was happy. Her face was close to mine.

A tear from her eyes fell on my cheek.

"I'm sorry, Zero. I'm getting tears all over you."

She placed her hand on my cheek, and wiped away her tear on my cheek with her thumb.

I lifted my hand up to her eyes and wiper away her tears.

"Please don't cry."

She placed her hand on mine.

She nodded.

She wipes away her tears with the back of her hand.

When she lowers her hand from her faces, I stare at her. She stared back, her eyes were full of tears.

I sat up. I grabbed her and pulled her close against my body. I wrapped my other arm around her hips. My eyes were closed shut.

Her arms were by her sides.

She lifted her arms and wrapped them around me.

After a while, I released my arms and scooted back.

"Are you hungry?" I asked.

She looked up at me.

"Ya, but it's ok. I can go make some food myself."

I stood up.

"Rosaria, your hurt. it's better you rest for now."

I picked up Rosaria and place her on the bed.

I walked down stairs and went to the kitchen.

Rosaria's POV

I was lying in bed while Zero went to go make something.

Zero. I've missed you. Where have you been these past years?

~the next day~

The light through my window woke me up.

Wait. Zero?

I quickly sat up and looked around.

I got out of bed and ran down stairs.

I saw Zero passed out on the couch. He looks so cute sleeping.

He rubbed his eyes before opening them.

He looked over at my with sleepy eyes.

"Oh hey Rosaria. How's your stomach, does it hurt?" He was still half asleep.

"Oh, hey... It hurts, but I can still stand. I'm fine, really."

Zero smiled.

"So, I thought we could visit the guild today." I said.

Zero looked put the window.

"Isn't it a little too late now?"

"Um..." Crap I didn't think about that.

"Wait I got an idea."

I went up stairs and got ready.

I came back downstairs.

"You ready?"

He gave me a confused look.

"Trust me." I winked at him.

"Okay." He smiled.
