This is about your life in vampire knight. Your name is Mizuki Ongaku. Mizuki means beautiful,moon, or congadulations, and hope. Ongaku means music. Your life begins when you wake up in an old mansion when your 15 you dont know how you got there and you still dont know. You live on the streets but your not exactly poor. You make some money by singing and dancing at gigs and exrcising horses. You are now 17 and you were attacked by a vampire, but you we're saved by a vampire hunter. Your hair is auburn, wavy with curls in it you also cut it a little shorter after you awakended. And your eyes are brown. You are also tan not pale.

Yuuki!

She begins the series as a 15 year old first-year student at Cross Academy, where she is also a member of the Diciplinary Committee, along with Zero.Yuki is generally a cheerful and comedic girl. She is considered a poor student because she dislikes studying and falls asleep in class, reason being she stays up all night monitoring the school grounds and night students. She exhibits a strong attachment to her close friends. Her indecisive nature and reticence can be attributed to her insecurity regarding her missing history. As a human, she had a fear of vampires which meant she rarely left the Cross Academy grounds on her own, because of the attack. Yuki doesn't like to reveal her fears and disguises it with a smile over her face. Her favorite food is ginger stir fry.

Zero!

Zero is Yuuki's childhood friend and the only other Cross Academy Guardian. Zero carries an anti-vampire gun named "Bloody Rose". Zero is a Vampire Hunter who appears in the story. Zero developed a strong distrust of vampires. Zero is a tsundere character, he sports a scary aura that makes most of the Day Class students wary of him, he can also glare in a way that even Kaname Kuran calls it scary. However, his innate nature is to protect humans, his cold attitude towards those he loves is likely to push them away and keep everyone at a distance. He also happens to be a stickler for details, as he doesn't consider himself as an adopted son of Kaien's family with Yuuki, or holds all the details about how vampires and humans can be similar in their own ways.

Kaname!

He is one of the few pureblood vampires still alive and the first pureblood introduced Kaname Kuran is the Night Class president, both feared and respected by the other Night Class students. While he is cold and authoritative towards his contemporaries in the Night Class, he is always kind and sweet to Yuuki. Kaname has shown that he cares for Yuuki in a romantic sense and that he had fallen for Yuuki ever since they were children. He wants to be closer to her, but senses how shy she is about it. Since he adores her, she is reluctantly accepted by the Night Class. In fact, the only reason that he does not destroy Zero is because Yuuki loves him too much, therefore killing Zero would hurt Yuuki. He has attempted countless times to expand intimacy with Yuuki.He shares the Headmaster's goal of peace between vampires and humans. He worked with the Headmaster to create the Night Class at Cross Academy and with his presence, allows the Night Class to be kept in check. Although he is too old to be attending school, he attends to keep authority in the Night Class and mostly so he can be closer to Yuuki and protect her.

Aido!

Nicknamed "Idol" by the Day Class girls. Hanabusa is a noble vampireand possesses the ability to freeze matter.Hanabusa is very outgoing and charismatic, often flirting with the Day Class girls. He is also careless about keeping the fact that he is a vampire secret, often asking girls what their blood type is.His actions frequently draw Kaname's disapproval, and he is usually punished for his brashness by the Pureblood. He cares very deeply for his friends and is fiercely loyal to Kaname and Kain.

Ruka!

Is a Night Class student popular among the Day Class boys and one of the most faithful and protective of Kaname's followers.Ruka usually reflects a haughty, bored and uninterested person to the rest of the world, probably due to her noble upbringing. One of her defining characteristics is her love for Kaname Kuran. Since they were children, Ruka has been tied by loyalty and admiration for him, angry at all those who disrespect him and disdainful of all girls who fawn on him. Her possessiveness made her hot-tempered and jealous, but her love for Kaname also brought out a vulnerable, self-doubting aspect of her usually proud personality, which she only expressed to her close friend Akatsuki Kain.

Senri!

Shiki possesses a personality similar to Rima Toya. He is usually impassive, and often detached to the rest of the vampires except for Rima and Ichijo. He rarely expresses emotion, and may seem like he doesn't care about his surroundings. Because of his reserved nature, he keeps to himself, and never has much to say. When the Night Class is given orders to hunt down a level E vampire, Shiki is usually the one we see out hunting them. He and Rima share a love for pocky.

Takuma!

The vice-president of the Night Class, he is a noble-classvampirewho is good friends with Kaname, whom he is close to and respectsTakuma appears very un-vampire like with his cheerful, enthusiastic, and caring demeanor whether it be towards humans or vampires, something that is remarkable for a Noble of his status. He seems to be very friendly, and does not seem to crave for blood as much as other vampires. Even Yuukistated that Takuma does not seem very vampire-like. Although he usually possesses a carefree attitude, it can be shown that he understands complicated scenarios with an air of maturity. His hobbies are reading (manga, mysteries, dictionaries), playing rakugo, and performing tea ceremony. He is also clever at mentioning the flaws or negativites of Kaname's character or decisions without getting him angry, which is why he's the only one who can call his name without honorifics.Takuma is a master when it comes to tea.

Akatsuki!

Akatsuki Kain is a calm person who rarely loses his cool, and often needs to reign in impulsive Hanabusa and Ruka. He is incredibly perceptive and is frequently sensitive to others' feelings. His association with Aido frequently sees him getting into trouble, despite not being directly responsible. He refers to Kaname Kuran as their "gang leader." He is also loyal and protective; the type who would never betray his friends. In 48th Night, he reveals that he believes in Kaname because Ruka does, but someday hopes to believe in himself.

Rima!

Is one of the youngest Night Class students and works alongsideSenrias a model. As avampire, Rima possesses lightning and electricity-based powers. She is roommates withRukaRima possesses a personality similar to Senri. She tends to expend energy only when necessary, and is usually a lady of few words. Normally, she comes across as indifferent and aloof, but is often seen to be worrying about Senri and Takuma. Despite her uninterested air she has no qualms speaking her mind and unexpectedly has a short-tempered side to her as well. She usually has an indifferent or disinterested expression on her face. As a vampire, she gets sunburned easily and can be seen walking under an umbrella with Shiki during the day.

Headmaster!

He is the headmaster of Cross Academy and was a vampire hunter.He is the guardian of Zeroand adoptive father of Yuuki.Kaien sports a cheerful personality, yet can be serious at the same time. It can be said that he has a few odd personality quirks, such as his propensity to launch into tearful dramatics over the idea of being a poor parent to Yuki. Additionally, he enjoys ribbing his adopted children, particularly Zero, who refuses to consider Kaien and Yuki family, a fact which Kaien jokingly claims breaks his heart. Kaien also enjoys cooking very strange food and making Yuki and Zero try it. He is often mockingly sad if they don't enjoy it.

Yagari!

Is the current top ranked vampire hunter and a qualified teacher. Yagari formerly trained Zero.Yagari comes across as a no nonsense gruff hunter. He subscribes to a tough love attitude. He is realistic and not an unfair judge, but does not trust vampires any more than he has to. He expresses admiration for the night class when they stand against the Council, but warns them against becoming outcasts. He doesn't approve of Kaname's methods and reacts negatively to Kaname's implications of atonement for the sins of the hunters ancestors. He is the one that saved you!
