<Kathy’s POV>

Why did this have to happen to me! What wrong did I do! I was a faithful girlfriend who loved him with all my heart. And that’s how I get repaid. Even so I kept my trap shut not even letting my best friends know about my misery. Though I believe Smile got a whiff of it.

Oddly,  I don’t remember him hitting me. I would stay at his place and after I left I would find hurt marks on my body everywhere.   In the beginning I overlooked them but they kept coming every time I stayed over. I confronted him but Ethan simple ignored me .I believe he must have drugged me and beaten. Because the fact remains that I DO have wounds on my body and he HAS caused them.

Now love has turned into hatred, anger burning in my veins. I clenched my teeth so hard that I thought they would get stuck together. Each scar and bruise my body bears will be avenged for. The veins in my neck were bursting out and the cut on my back stung bad. Once I leave this death bed and am out of my stinky clothes I wall kick his (enter an appropriate word) so hard that he would never recover the damage!

The nurse came in the check me

“When can I get out of here?”

“Hon have patience. You are progressing well. Just a few more days.” The nurse was very friendly to me. A few days…After a few days I will be free!!! I cheered in my head.

< .Nik’s POV>

“Bang!”  Someone hurled a pillow at my face. With a groan I woke up to see a boy standing adjacent to my cupboard, smirking at me. Realization settled in.  “Benny!” I screamed and I threw my hands around his neck and curled my feet around his waist!

 Bentley Rox was one of my best friends in my previous school and it had been most difficult to part away from him.

He was popularly known as Ben but only I called him Benny. My Rockstar.

After crushing him in my breath taking hug, Benny decided to wait for me in the living room so I could wash up. I brushed my teeth and took a quick shower. I threw on a purple shirt, some skin tight black jeans and rushed down the staircase.

“Slow down Road Runner!”Said Benny while I ran to the kitchen and cut myself some bread n butter. Satisfied with what I had on my plate I lunged on my sofa to begin my conversation with Benny.

“So what’cha doing in town Rockstar?”

“Well I missed you bad, so I persuaded mom to buy a house downtown. I live here now.” Ben’s parents had divorced but his dad had been a billionaire and gave his mom big fat cheques as alimony.

“Yay yay! Best day of my life!” I screamed jumping up and down on my couch. Benny smiled

 showing me his perfect white teeth.

<Aiden’s POV>

I’ve been seeing her from the past few days which has confirmied my feelings for her, that she is my mate. I knew she was the one, beautiful black eyes suck me in them forcing me to stare, her hair ran down till he waist and there were locks on her forehead. Her pink full lips urged me to kiss the. All in all she looked like the goddess of perfection. I’ve known that this feeling comes only once, when one’s found his soul mate.

Damn! She was the only thing I could think about all day. I yearned to hold her, call her mine. But not with force. I’ll have to make her fall in love with.

Some day she will be mine. I should call her…

<Nik’s POV>

Ring ring!

“Hello Valley here! Can you come over today at Kathy’s place in an hour? Stella and Smile are coming as well and get some flowers. We will visit the hospital and cheer Kathy up. Kathy’s mom is an artist and she would help us in decorating the bouquets.”

That’s when I suddenly remembered Valley’s brother … and Aiden. As if on cue my phone vibrated once again and I smiled at the caller id. Aiden.

“Hello Nichole? Are you free Friday evening?”

“Yeah”.

“Y don’t we watch a movie?”

“Like a date?”

“Yep, like a date.”

“I guess I’ll invite Stella and Joshua. Then we can have a double date”

“Fine with me. I’ll pick you up at 5”

“Ok, Bye”

I suppose I liked Aiden. He was handsome, well built and had a sense of humor and he seemed to be interested in me too. I mean its wrong to draw conclusions so soon but I definitely was attracted towards Aiden.

My stomach growled. Weird! I had a good lunch just a few hours back. It was as if I was hungry for something more.  I decided to go to the patio. Sniff Sniff! I could smell something yummy. I followed the smell towards the garden when I saw a puppy bleeding. Poor baby! I lifted the cute little thing and then it was as if my body was out of control. I placed my mouth on the wound and sucked hard.
