Men these days, real gentlemen. Maybe its my freckles or ginger hair but I know there are other people in the world who aren't that shallow; including myself. Ever since school it's been high and dry with humans.
Well, Ally, time to be social again. Ugh, but society is so awful.
Ring. Ring. Ring. I look down to the small screen to see that Belle's calling me again. I assume it's extremely horrible, life-threatening news.
"Hey Ally," Her bright voice chirps at the other end. "Could you do me a huge favor? Please?"
"Sure" I respond, suspectfully. "What could I be in service of?"
"I sorta need you to watch Eliza for me." Eliza is her older sister. She's twenty-one but had some life trauma, is what I was told, in her teens and became a recluse.
I agreed because I have nothing planned for the weekend. Then Belle slips one on me and says," And for two months, Thanks!"
**two weeks later**
I arrived at Belle's blue two story house. The lawn was full of numerous flowers, the grass was real, gnomes adorned the lawn, and there was a hot tub around the back. It was the most attractive house in the entire neighborhood.
I found the spare key she had told me about and allowed myself into their home. It was quite extragant for a girl who lived in the suburbs.
"Hey Eliza?" I called out "Umm I'm here to house-watch, if that's the right term, and you-watch. Err, I mean watch you...but not in like a creepy way." Sometimes I don't even understand what I say.
Silence. This was going to be way easier than I had thought. All I had to do was stay here for two months. I wonder if she'll come out of her hideout. Probably never. Eh, makes the job easier I guess.
The next few hours were spent with my best friends couch, television, internet, and food. We had such a great time before I gathered enough willpower to clean. And then another sliver of it to cook.
I ran up to Eliza's room. Her door was painted with a single flame that was surrounded by darkness everywhere. Even the halls around the room were pitch black.
"So Eliza I made us some sandwiches downstairs and I was hoping you would come down to eat." I uttered but was met only with, guess again, nothing.
After waiting a few minutes, I decided to take a bathe. It was the best bathe I've ever taken in my entire life. All they had for towels in the guest room were some tiny hand towels. The drowziness was already consuming me so those would have to do. They fit snugg but were a little too revealing.
Such a idiot, I had forgotten my clothes in my car. Maybe there are some that could fit me in Belle's room. So I strided to her quarters in the cool air-conditioning; little did I hear the crack of a door.
I was making my final steps to the oak door when I heard a noise that sent chills down my spine. I turned to be greeted with the sight of a silky white-skinned with light brown hair and blue eyes that shimmered like the ocean. Those eyes were fixated on me. She was absolutely stunning, she looked the exact opposite of Belle. She..she...was I don't even have a word in my vocabulary to explain being that gorgeous.
Her mouth was agape and her eyes were wide. I blushed because I realized what I was wearing wasn't very appropriate for our first meeting. As I was about to speak up she sprinted for who knows what. Honestly, she could be a track star. I was still dazed by our brief and small interaction. Wow, so that's what a goddess looks like...
Note: I noticed there were many queer stories out there.
