Hanahaki (Shoto X Reader) A Love Like No Other.

Caught in the act

Hanahaki - is a disease in which the victim coughs up flower petals when they suffer from . It ends when the beloved returns their feelings (romantic love only; strong friendship is not enough), or when the victim dies. It can be cured through surgical removal, but when the infection is removed, the victim's romantic feelings for their love also disappear.

(Y/N POV)

You sat in your seat and listened to Aizawa go on an on with his lecture, until the class bell finally rung and you sprung up from your seat like a bean sprout.

"Alright kiddos, recess... Don't make too much noise." Aizawa said in a low mutter zipping up his yellow sleeping bag and rolling behind his desk.

"Yes." Everyone answered happily before the room was clustered with chatter. Unlike the others you slid out the classroom and into the clear hallways. Swiftly you made your way to a secluded area, and greeted 'him' (secret) with a smile and a warm hug.

(Shoto POV)

Another day in U.A. His thoughts interrupted by a neighboring student (Y/N) who sat next to him. (Y/N) was slouched over and uninterested in today's lecture, he caught himself gazing at (Y/N) for the rest of class until the class recess again for the third time this week. It was as if time just flew by in a quick moment. Saying his dues to Aizawa, Shoto could see from the corner of his eyes a (F/C) book bag exit the classroom. He chased after the mystery person in pure curiosity, all the way to a secluded area where they stopped in their tracks. Shoto hid behind a nearby vending machine not wanting to be caught and accused of stalking a student, and heard a voice.

"Hey Dabi!" A familiar voice that called out to the demon. Shoto clenched his fist and bit his tongue not saying a word.
