My eyes fluttered open, waking up with yet another cover on me. Surprisingly this couch was heaven to sleep on— it was disturbingly comfortable.

I felt for my phone to see flurries of texts from the group chat.

Haz🖤- so where's Celi because it's going on noon and she hasn't answered a single text.

Saki-bae💛- I do not know.. I told her our plans for tonight!

Haz🖤- I bet she's still sleeping.. fucking log

Saki-bae💛- she'll be up soon I hope..

There was a huge gap in time...oops
Haz🖤- oh my god she's not awake yet?!

Saki-bae💛- Calm down Hazel she'll be up soon

Me: hey guys I'm not dead

Almost instantly I got a reply from both of them about how unorganized I was.

I rolled my eyes walking upstairs instantly stripping as soon as I closed my door.

I turned on the water plugging my phone up to charge, pulling my hair up in a shower cap I climbed in.

Okay you have three hours.. don't mess it up

I shaved everything and when I say everything I mean.. everything.

I felt naked.. every gust of air attacked me, not helping how cold Oliver keeps this damn house.

I went through my make up drawer and found some body lava.

I seriously need to start wearing makeup I haven't touched this since the first week I've been here.

It's been a month Jesus Christ, I put a small amount in my hand and rubbed it across my arms and chest. Mesmerized at how it glows.

"I look like I highlighted my entire body" I mumbled staring at my naked illuminated figure.

I grabbed a push up bra and some no show underwear tossing those on, My door burst open and I shrieked covering my body with my towel.

"What did I say about fucking knocking!" I hollered punching Oliver in his arm.

He didn't flinch, budge or even move at this— making me internally groan, he continued walking to lay on my bed.

"Get out Oliver...now"

I sighed as he continued typing on his phone, Mumbling profanities sitting at my vanity pulling out my makeup.

"Where are you going" I jumped nearly messing up my eye liner.

"Why" I growled

He sat up to look at me, "Where. Are. You. Going"

I kissed my teeth making eye contact with him, "None. Of. Your. Business"

He looked at me confused before laying back down, did he not understand what I was saying or something?

I put a towel clip on— spritzing some oil my hair before brushing it down. I left two pieces of hair out at the front braiding the perimeter of my hair all the way around making a halo.

I couldn't bobby pin the braid right and it kept falling, before I could ask Oliver was pinning it for me.

"I- thank you"

"Now tell me where you're going" I sighed plugging my curling iron up.

"Out, I don't even know where yet" I admitted

"Be back by twelve" he said before walking out,
"I'll be back when I want to! I'm not a child Oliver!"

I rolled my eyes for the umpteenth time, doing my eye shadow, I went for a bronzy color to go with the body lava— adding a deep maroon lipstick.

lashes or no lashes? No lashes..

I went to pick an outfit, Relentlessly trying on dresses until I found the perfect one.

My velvet cami bodycon slit dress that I've yet to wear, it fit my curves perfectly and complimented my skin tone.

I found my rose gold Giuseppe-Zanotti heels and I instantly grew three inches. I clipped on a rose gold watch with some thin hoops that match it.

I smiled at my appearance before walking out and downstairs, Katie gasps and instantly gave me a hug.

"You look so pretty Celi!" She squealed and I thanked her. "Where are you going?" I shrugged.. I really didn't know.

Oliver came downstairs and Katie walked off somewhere but not before winking at me.

why Katie...why

"You're not wearing that" he said leaning against the door frame, "Yes I am"

"I can't have you out there looking like...that" he mumbled. "Excuse me looking like what?"

"You actually look decent, I don't want anybody to think I don't care about how you look" he hurried and finished "even though I don't"

I squinted my eyes at him—flicking him off before walking to another room. "Complimenting me wouldn't be a bad thing asshole"

"Fine ok you look nice" he mumbled sitting at the chair opposite of me.

"Awe see look that wasn't so bad!" I grinned and a horn beeped outside.

"That's me, see you later Ollie"

"Stop cal-" I closed the door waving at the car and Hazel popped her head out of the drivers window.

"Damn girl you look good!" I giggled climbing in the backseat, Saki smiled when I got in the car.

"What is your number baby cause damn" she winked dragging out the "n" in damn.

I snorted and we pulled out of the driveway.
"Where are we going anyways?"

"The best party of the year of course!" Hazel grinned speeding down the street.

I laughed and the ride there was full of singalongs and terrible pick up lines.
